Your friend is selfish. Imagine doing that right before Christmas. How would his family feel. Suicide is never the answer no matter how hard things get.
OP I really know how you feel, a few months ago my dad killed himself. We were really close and shit and it all happened so sudden. I never expected him to do something like that, as I live a pretty normal suburban life. Listen to me OP, I know you feel terrible right now and you feel like the whole world's against you but you can get through this. If I can get through my dad's suicide, you can get through your friends. Best of luck man.
