Jesus Christ, did Dave Mustaine just hug Kirk Hammett?
I really want to see this now.
The am I evil video made me cry because it was so good
Me too, that was beyond epic.
Did anyone see Tom Araya there? I couldn't...

The only member of Slayer that came out was Lombardo
That was probably the best fucking concert of all time fuck holy shit words honestly cannot describe how absolutely amazing it was. Megadeth were pretty bad, not very prepared I think.
But holy shit. Metallica were... Absolutely fucking AMAZING FUCK! Are they like that in all their concerts? Because if so, I will not miss a fucking concert ever by them holy shit. Words can't describe how good they were.
[editline]04:49PM[/editline]
Oh yeah and FUCKING THIS HOLY SHIT IT WAS AWESOME DID NOT SEE IT COMING

Fuck every single one of you that went, I hate you all with such a burning, undying passion that it isn't even funny.
You got to see the Big Four play together AT THE SAME TIME. THAT will ABSOLUTELY never happen again in the history of mankind, you fucking lucky motherfuckers. God damnit why couldn't it have fucking been somewhere in America?! WHAT THE FUCK!
/rage
It was kinda weird to hear Dave Mustaine singing Am I Evil?
I reckon they should do a medley of Big Four songs together.
More shows for Vic and NSW :v:
Dear lord, the thought of a concert consisting of Metallica, Megadeth and Slayer .. (and Anthrax) really just makes me giggle like a school girl. I somehow can't quite comprehend that they've actually done it.
Fuck doing it in Poland, though. WHY NOT DENMARK, WE'RE AWESOME HERE.
I've heard people dissing Welcome Home (Sanitarium), but I reckon that it's an infinitely awesome song, why do some many people not like it?
I've never heard anyone say anything bad about it.
But a reason as to why (in case you're right) could be that it's on MoP and with songs like Master of Puppets, Orion and Battery, Welcome Home might fall a bit into the background.
I don't know. Like I said, I've never heard anything bad about it, and I quite like it as well.
Its one of my favorite 'Tallica songs ever.

I can't say I've heard any dissing of Welcome Home, it's an awesome song.
To me The Thing That Should Not Be is still the weakest song on the album (though I am not a particularly big fan of the album. Much prefer AJfA, even with it's terrible bass and overall production)
The Thing That Should Not Be? Really? How come?
I always thought Leper Messiah was the weakest.
I thought it was in Sofia, Bulgaria
The Thing That Should Not Be? Really? How come?

It's weird I listen to it and just CANNOT like it. Leper Messiah is probably second weakest, but it's saved somewhat because it's title is a David Bowie reference :v:
I myself really like The Thing That Should Not Be.
Please god i hope there is a dvd of this whole Big 4 show. God please, i'll pay good money!
Yeah, Tom Araya said they were. FUCK YES
I WILL BUY IT
THE FUCKING CINEMA WAS SERIOUSLY FUCING AWESOME.
Oh man my envy for those at the show is insane.

Haha I saw it and I'm still fucking angry that I didn't get to see it in person. Oh my God. I hope they do another. If they don't, I will be depressed. Because that was probably the single best concert in the history of concerts.

They actually changed it from one Poland show to a small tour. The cinema one was in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Its one of my favorite 'Tallica songs ever.
I love the whole album (MoP), but I still think that The Thing That Should Not Be is the weakest song.
It's like comparing a bunch of perfect 10's to a single 9 in the crowd. You can't go wrong either way.

There is going to be. They announced when they did the Sofia show that they were filming for the DVD. I'm excited
I hope they do the DVD like the Live Shit and Mexico City sets. A couple of dvds along with some audio recordings. That'd just be awesome.
Going to the September and November VIC show :v:
Quick guys, someone find a video of this, FAST.

Why on earth is Lars not wearing a shirt.
He's just too old to pull that off. lol.
Never too old for metal!
[editline]01:06PM[/editline]
And my new metallica t-shirt just came through the post
I goddamn hope that they release the entire concert on DVD
All 4ish hours of it :frogc00l:
I saw it in the cinema. :iia:
Same.
It was awesome. Metallica and Slayer were so damn GOOD :fappery:
Megadeth were sadly the worst, Dave wasn't very good. Vocals were pretty rubbish and couldn't hear him, and his guitar wasn't great. He played excellent, but it didn't sound great
I have a feeling that if they release a Big Four dvd, for me it'll mark the beginning of a new love for Anthrax. So far, they're the only one of the four that I don't really listen to...
Yeah same. They were good at the concert, and Antisocial sounded really awesome. I'll definitely buy it when they release it.
I thought "I Am The Law" sounded pretty epic

Wonder if Kirk can keep the pace on drums better than on guitar. He was sickeningly sloppy at the gig in Sofia, to the point of being a little embarrassing
