After listening to The View a few more times, I can say I'm honestly extremely torn over what I think of it. I feel like I can really get into Lou's 'preaching' vocal style, but I do also think it may get a little hard to cope with after an hour and a half of it. That being said, Metallica's playing is great and it may just make the album fantastic.

I see this more as a Lou Reed album then a Metallica album, so I'm okay with this actually.
