All he did was scare her and the most physical contact that was anywhere near assault was him holding her by the back of her neck near the sink and getting her to admit she cheated when she tried to drink some tap water. Okay. Driving a car is suicide because people die in accidents multiple times a month. Walking down the street is assault because people can get in fights on the street.

Looks rather set-up to be honest. The guy holding the camera following without a word and without much shaking, the girl not just running away, the seamless monologue from the guy, seems too off to be true. Also why would she accept doing that in front of a camera anyway ?
