He called him a sadistic psycopath.
yeah thanks i can read but you're trying to bring random shit about gender that aren't even called for
if a woman kicks a man in the balls and it's on youtube i can assure you there will be zero posts of way to go girl yet 1000 posts of "I BET YOU IF IT WAS A MAN YOU GUYS WOULD SAY IT WAS SADISTIC BUT IT'S A WOMAN SO WAY TO GO GIRL".
what you are trying to prove is beyond me.
[editline]22nd September 2011[/editline]
So it's abuse because it can end bad?
no because it was abusive. instilling fear in someone is still abuse fyi.

I'm trying to say that people will react to a man acting rude towards a woman vehemently, but if it was a woman acting rude towards a man people cheer it on. Facepunch doesn't demonstrate this, but a bunch of of the idiot feminists that think women are better than men for the wrong reasons will demonstrate this.
Okay scaring someone is abusive that makes sense. I'm gonna go abuse my friends by sending them a copy of Amnesia and Penumbra.
I'm trying to say that people will react to a man acting rude towards a woman vehemently, but if it was a woman acting rude towards a man people cheer it

who are these "people"
Facepunch doesn't demonstrate this, but a bunch of of the idiot feminists that think women are better than men for the wrong reasons will demonstrate this.
so basically you came here to say some imaginary feminists somewhere would say that a man getting kicked in the nuts would get cheered on
thanks for your contribution man so helpful and relevant
Okay scaring someone is abusive that makes sense. I'm gonna go abuse my friends by sending them a copy of Amnesia and Penumbra.
yeah obviously abuse in person is the same as sending someone a copy of a game way to demonstrate your ability for making appropriate analogies.
who are these "people"
I just told you, dumbass feminists.
so basically you came here to say some imaginary feminists somewhere would say that a man getting kicked in the nuts would get cheered on

"imaginary"
Because there is no such thing as a dumb feminist who thinks it's okay when a woman acts like an asshole to a man
yeah obviously abuse in person is the same as sending someone a copy of a game way to demonstrate your ability for making appropriate analogies.
"Instilling fear" = scaring
Playing Amensia and feeling immersed = scary
Saying instilling fear is abuse is fucking stupid because it's acting like people should go to jail for making someone feel worried. It's not like the man was threatening her with a knife. He was just throwing food at her goddamn calm down and buy some more tampons already.

You're claiming psychological abuse doesn't exist?

It's obviously over your head.
We have one of those internet badasses in our midst.
Are you arguing over a fake video ?

i haven't seen any anywhere. you basically just imagined some random feminist that you hate in a thread that's not even related and you've decided to just rant about shit that's 0% related to anything ever said.
it's like if we were having a talk about the weather and you just decided to blur out "AL GORE IS LYING ABOUT CLIMATE CHANGE". i'm basically just staring at you but i can't express that over text.
This is so fucked up and both people in this video are just shitty in every way
I think it's sad people even think this is real.
People are way too gullible.
That's technically emotional abuse. But I dont know how I would react if my girlfriend ever cheated on me. Can't imagine how horrible that would be
I think it's sad people even think this is real.

Yeah it looked like it. There's a camera man there for goodness' sakes
First thought I had: shouldn't have done it near a SINK.
[editline]23rd September 2011[/editline]
Also, I'm surprised at how people are reacting to this; I think it needed to be HARSHER. He shouldn't have thrown her on the ground or thrown shit at her, and I'm not saying that she should have been beaten; however, the prank needed to be 10 times worse.
The mere though of my girlfriend cheating on me, ESPECIALLY with a guy I truly despise, inspires true rage in my chest. Even now as I'm sitting here typing this I can feel a burning sensation right by my heart and down my arms. If a girl ever did that to me I don't know what I'd do. I wouldn't physically harm her, but I would do something that would scar her for the rest of her life.
[editline]23rd September 2011[/editline]
Which is kind of funny because by brought me up to not believe in monogamy. :v:
There was nothing overly bad in the video. The everclear part is nothing more than a regular prank you'd pull on your room mate, he didn't throw her down, he just forced her down, and she didn't even bother getting up, then poured milk on her, Again nothing even as harsh as the everclear, the eggs, the flour... It was all pretty minor
The way she went to the floor and laid there to take it makes me want to say the whole thing was a set up anyway
Wait, what did he put in her bottle?
this is the fakest shit i ever seen
Looks fake to me.
Damn, what a boss
You're claiming psychological abuse doesn't exist?
If it does, this isn't psychological abuse because she did not seem scared at all. She seemed mainly pissed.
More like assault than a prank...
This is so obviously fake jesus christ
I don't know who is running the camera, but his work is amazing. He captures every moment perfectly.
He should have just put super glue on the water bottle :V
It was decent until he forced her onto the ground and threw eggs at her, like, what the fuck?
Yeah. The Everclear and the cinnamon was enough but when he threw all that flour on her and pushed her to the ground I wanted to beat his ass.
He handled that situation very horribly. I think more of the girl than the guy. (Even though there is not a lot there to admire from the girl.)
Fake, but even with that said, it was tasteless and a waste of time.
I was prepared to have a nice laugh, but this is borderline abuse/assault.
Anyone who attempts to betray their loved ones deserve this.
Anyone who attempts to betray their loved ones deserve this.
It still makes for sickening viewing, though. Yes, she betrayed him, but I don't think anyone deserves to be treated and spoken to like that.
It still makes for sickening viewing, though. Yes, she betrayed him, but I don't think anyone deserves to be treated and spoken to like that.
It's fake. Also if this wasn't it would mean the guy is already a fucking nutjob in the first place, in which case I can just understand the girl not quitting him because she's affraid of getting her ass beaten and cheating.
It has happened with that guy, Onision, except it was in real life and he didn't cheat on his girlfriend, she was just a psychotic bitch who tried to kill him and held him hostage in his own house for about two days before he could run away and call the cops.
It's fake.
So I've heard. Doesn't make it any more deserving of being on the Internet or in my memory.
So it's abuse because it can end bad? All he did was scare her and the most physical contact that was anywhere near assault was him holding her by the back of her neck near the sink and getting her to admit she cheated when she tried to drink some tap water.
Okay. Driving a car is suicide because people die in accidents multiple times a month.
Walking down the street is assault because people can get in fights on the street.
It would do you some good to actually research a little on Law, just the basic definitions of Common Assault would suffice. Assault doesn't just apply to the application of force in fact most importantly it is causing someone to apprehend immediate unlawful violence, you don't even have to physically make contact with the person (Burstow/Ireland), provided it is clear enough given the circumstances that they would assume you may attack or cause harm to them.
In fact mere phone calls (Ireland) and letters (Constanza) have been enough to constitute assault which kinda gives you basis for how much coverage there is in assault, this guy would easily find himself with a sentence of Assault as it is extremely inevitable that the women would have feared he would become violent. Not to mention a possible charge of battery, normally that would require some minor injury or abrasion it is very possible that grabbing her and throwing her to the floor could suffice.
So yes this guy could easily be charged, all the qerky anecdotes aside and regardless of how farfetched you may believe it to be.
I just want to point out that I don't for one second believe this to be real anyway, but I just wanted to inject some information in this thread as a lot of posters seem to be making claims without even a small understanding of any of the legal definitions they're throwing out.
