TotalBiscuit Discusses 1,000,000 Sub Milestone & Other Things - General

Total biscuit is a bit unique in that it's almost impossible to make up your mind about him. One day he'll upload a high quality, in depth review, but the next day he'll criticize a good games for really flimsy, subjective reasons. He provides a lot of videos for his fans, but then he will pull a 180 on them and say they mean nothing to him. He acts stuck up and rude, and yet also does a shitton of charity. Like, I can't say I have a high opinion towards him, but on the other hand I can't say I despise him either.

But compare him to someone like James Rolfe(almost 1 million subs) or Day 9. They fucking love there fans and make this apparent. Totalbiscuit does not, hes comes off as shit person, like someone a lot of people really dont ever want to hang out with. He just seems like an extremely angry and bitter person, even during his planetside 2 event way back he was awkward as fuck and looked like he hated every single person there.

He may be an asshole, but he does have insightful opinions on gaming in general. I also have discovered many new games thanks to his "WTF is" series. I don't give a shit if someone pretends to "love me" like people think channel operators should do. If TotalBiscuit provides content in a steady stream then I don't a give a fuck what TotalBuscuit thinks of his fans.

Honestly it's something that should be quite nice to hear, a guy who uploads videos about various hardcore/indie games to a generally pretty high standard getting a million subs. Especially when it's some british guy who doesn't do childlike humor and doesn't hold any pretense about the relationship he has with the viewers (i.e. he uploads content, they watch it, that's (predominantly) it). Compare this to pewdiepie, who reaffirms my view of the world by giving his fans an identity so they can shit all over other videos (with their only relationship being they watch the same youtube channel), talks in a 'hilarious' voice and tells amazing jokes like the time he joked about raping clementine from the walking dead with a crowbar. Pewdiepie has 5 million subscribers, please appreciate that totalbiscuit's got this far. I would love to play games and upload them to youtube, or just talk about whatever and for people to listen and watch all my videos because I would be able to sit on my ass do whatever and somehow make a shitload of money doing so. I don't find his videos very interesting, I try to listen to him and his point but I feel like he just ends up talking about one thing for too long.

I really like and hate that guy equally
