I hate what Bad Company did you the battlefield series. We don't want a single-player, we want the multi-player experience! We also don't want console-fags!

Single player doesn't make it consolized
"The sound system controls camera movements in response to sounds *explosion example*" that is fucking genius!
God damn i want this game so bad! im building a new pc just for this game.
I would rather prefer Dragon Valley, as it was my favorite level

Man flying the jets up and down the river doing bombing runs was fucking awesome and dodging the AA now those were the days!
God, I forgot how awesome it was to fly a loaded transport helicopter along that river and make it to a checkpoint
back when having a squad meant something
I don't remember what it meant but for some reason people actually worked together instead of just running off on their own
The thing I love about Battlefield is that every game seemed to capture that same feeling I had when I played 1942.
Something that CoD failed to do. :smith:

and this is the main reason why Battlefield will always be better than Call of Duty..........in battlefield people actually worked together! and it was amazing!
Playing this game is going to be like watching a good movie.
Goddamn it, I need to preorder this now.
That looks too good to be true.
Volumetric/dynamic smoke with light scattering?
No.
Way.
That requires far too much computing power.
they're doing actual real-time radiosity and shit, they method they're doing it is actually quite simple

Project reality mod for this would be fucking amazing.

Who gives a fuck if there's singleplayer, maybe Bad Company didn't do a very god job bringing us both a good singleplayer and multiplayer experience but that's what we're hoping Battlefield 3 will. As long as they give us good mp I don't mind if they'll work on singleplayer too considering my internet is horrid and I could play sp while waiting for my connection to get better.
Looks like after I upgrade for BF:BC2 I'll have to get an entirely new computer just for BF3.
And I also have a newfound love for Swedes.

I honestly hated Karkhand especially if you got a full 64 player game because it was just grenade spam and all that pain in the ass stuff concentrated in small areas.

If it didn't run on a single 580 it would be the new crysis x10

finally, something updated to compare framerates with the internet again
It may be a result of the country you live in; Youtube may not be operating servers in Poland. Alternatively your connection may be running slow.
I've always found my Youtube "experience" to be entirely dependent upon the state of my connection.
YouTube is always slow here in the evening. I have a 6 Mbit/s connection, and now at the morning it buffers at 768 kb/s, which is the maximum speed available.
I simply couldn't watch the video without giving angry looks whenever that girl was on the scene, and how she grinned and smiled at what the developers were saying because she had no fucking idea what they were tallking about.

You could almost sense the devs' pain when they were talking to her, for a number of reasons
Hopefully I'll be able to play this quite nicely on my new rig.. Happy for some PC gamer love in this console-gaming focused ocean of half-arsed graphics.
I hope it blends BF2 and BC2. I want to enjoy BF2 but couldn't with the terrible hit boxes. BC2's maps were too narrow and basic for most gametypes, especially rush. One grenade per player just like BC2 please, thanks Dice.
This and Skyrim, my fucking life is going to shit and I don't care.
2011 is best year.
the soldier animations are sexy
Im so excited so so excited.
