Theres got to be a limitation to this, for example multiplayer will have no full city maps, buildings will all be short and have no more than 4 floors, or those city maps will largely be immune to destruction. You can't have a multiplayer map of a city with full destruction on everything or it will lag like hell and take a long time to load because blowing a hole in a building means its going to be explorable.
