Normally physical copies of PC games require CD keys. When you post said they lacked them, it could have meant that they were yet to be placed in their respective packaging, this is not so however, according to this post

You're assuming someone is willing to purchase a load of copies at a certain price. You'd be lucky to sell more than one copy to a person.
That picture made me smile... I thought it was going to be one of those "I have 125 CD keys" then I saw the picture and realized they are all on discs. Yeah, it would be a pain selling all of those... You can either sell them on EBay for a discounted price so a reseller will snatch them up.
Or you could spend a ton of time trying to sell them individually...
Or you could just give them away.

Good thing about them is that none of the disk's have scratches. Someone probably was high up in Ubisoft and specially ordered these.
