The Clash - Cut The Crap
I don't know one person who has talked about this album, mainly due to it seeming like a completely different band making it as compared to their original stuff.
I personally enjoyed it, it is a decent production and style..I'm not saying "Don't overlook this album!" because it is their last album which usually causes controversy with fans in general.
I'm not as fond of the band as I think I should be, but I take it for what it is.

Heavy Heavy Low Low - Hospital Bomber, their last album before they quit last year
I see lots of people go "waaah it's only 5 minutes long, what a joke", but I love it, I liked every one of those songs.
All the songs are memorable and worth listening to. All 4 of them. :v:

I think I've encountered one person who likes these albums. I fucking love them. Yeah they're nothing like the Metallica of old, but who cares? They'd never make another album exactly like or as good as their classics, so I have to say I like their branching out into blues and classic rock, and I thought it worked.
To me, The Black Album isn't worth the adoration it gets, and some should be given to these overlooked albums

Yeah, people are disagreeing with me liking St Anger.
How can you disagree with ME HAVING a judgement.
I bet if you told people that Metallica recorded Load with long hair and James' still had his thrash vocals (which are both 100% true) that they would start to like it.

That Pendulum album really isn't that bad. Sure, it's not DnB, but bands are allowed to change genres and give us something new. I don't think Immersion is nearly as good as Hold Your Color, but it's not awful. There are some good tunes on it.

I listened to st anger without any prior knowledge of people's hate of it, and with myself being rather inexperienced in metallica, and I came out enjoying the album. Obviously it doesn't sound a whole lot like 'tallica but it's a nice album in itsself

A lot of Dream Theater fans(including the band) aren't too fond of Falling Into Infinity. It's not their best album, and their label pushed them to make the album more commercial, but there are some great tracks off of it.

anything post pinkerton is rubbish generally, but i kinda liked a few songs on this. i say a few, i mean 3. the second song is the only one that is like the promised "weezer roots-styled music"

They were good at DnB and they squandered it.
I agree bands should evolve, they just experimented too much.

Recommend an album you like but most people forget released it because it has been judged as 'bad' to them.

John Coltrane - OM - 1965
It is preferably John Coltrane on LSD, although it's probably a lie. I think it is absolutely AWESOME. Very outlandish and so expressive. I get all kinds of shit going through my mind when I hear this.
It is probably his most hated album for being symbolic to the Hindu faith or somewhat.
I assure you, you will go off your head just listening to this. It is very psychadelic and "LATE" coltrane sounding.
