Insufficient funds to raise a child = Parental Negligence/Child Endangerment = Run to the nearest CPA office and GTFO now. This still bears the question though, why are you on facepunch? Did this just start to happen? Still, if you are still fed and clothed and have a roof over your head it won't count. I still recommend trying to appeal for emancipation if you have a steady job. And if you still can, appeal to your mothers REAL best interests.
