When Weird Al did a concert at my school, someone insulted either him or his songs with the word gay, outside his dressing room, so Al ends up throwing Bananas at him, the only thing Al screamed was "HEY! Who said that!?" Of course no one had a camera, because you were supposed to pay to see the concert. So, I have never since seen that referenced on TV anywhere though. I would like to know if King of the Hill was only making fun at him, or they meant what Hank said. If they were serious, my guess is Al would throw Bananas at Mike Judge as well.

oh god, POCKET SAND
In my opinion, Hank is one of the best character ever. Far more funny and better then Homer Simpsons and Peter Griffins.
Because he actually have something called personality, he's not just a generic stupid dad and a joke maker.
Actually, he had almost a dynamic personality. Some episodes he was some stereotypical, repressed redneck, a lot of other episodes he almost becomes a different person. Was kind of weird, but I guess a lot of comedic writing ends up that way. I did like the show, but towards the end it was really becoming a disappointment, I can see why they ended it. Honestly, it seems like the show became everything they parodied for the first half of the show, every episode ended like an after school special.
I can agree that the later episodes weren't quite as good. The whole Lucky/Luanne getting married thing was bad.Lucky was such a bad character.
I sell cocaine and cocaine accessories.
An episode where Hank did coke would have certainly turned things around.
Is it me or Stuart Dooley really looks like Butthead for "Beavis and Butthead" ?

He was just the kind of stereotypical redneck character the show tried to avoid. Luanne also got annoying in the later episodes.
Probably a slight reference to them. Considering Mike Judge also created that show
Yeah. Funny thing is, Beavis and Butthead and King of the Hill never aired at the same time. When KotH has been recently cancelled to make place to The Cleveland Show, Mike Judge brought back B&B. So maybe it's for the best, I don't know.

Stuart Dooley is a really awesome character. "Your grandmother loves you." "I peed in some kids locker."
Awesome is not the best word to describe him.
Jaded or cynical would be.
Jaded or cynical would be.
True Neutral. "Your dad is white-trash."
