Yes, a Bioshock 2 raffle. All you have to do to win is read my very mind.
[b]How to Enter & Rules[/b] :cop:
- Guesses should be between 1-300.
- You have a maximum of [b]three[/b] guesses.
- Enter by quoting me or PMing me if you're an anti-social lurker. If you do chose to enter by quote, just quote some of the text so people aren't scrolling through the same message over and over. May whoever does this be bombarded with bad readings.
- Please use all of your guesses at the one time, it's confusing and annoying when people spread out their guesses with multiple PMs/quotes.
- There is no deadline for guesses. This raffle will end when the correct number is guessed. I'm sure you're all sick of hearing the story of what happened at my last raffle by now. :downs:
- No smoking, not even in the toilets. We have smoke detectors in there you know :colbert:

It shouldn't really, if it is killing his bandwidth it's because people are viewing the image.
A browser only downloads the same image once even if it's presented more than once.
