If I could just hook my bank account up to paypal I would, but it's not even under my name and they would have to authorize it. It's because A) they don't trust paypal and B) want to make sure they always know when I buy things online.

With your logic nobody should get anything from this thread because anybody can open a bank account and make a paypal account. Also, have you ever heard of a minimum? Where I live you have to have at least $300 in your account to keep it open, so I'd have to get $300, get a new account, get whatever I want to spend, and essentially wind up paying $300 for a $1 thing.
