I listen to that song and no matter what version I listen to (there's literally thousands) I can imagine myself looking out onto the Mississippi river from a 2nd floor balcony. Being baked makes it so easy for me to feel like I'm back there, so this is a favorite of mine.
For those without the nostalgia though; it just makes you feel like you're in a dark cafe somewhere in Europe in a suite, glass of wine in hand, pipe in mouth, enjoying the scenery as it rains outside.
