That's what I thought too, and if you watch the whole video it's [i]really[/i] done up with high quality graphics and angles, especially for an ISIS vid. But from what I've read on Wikipedia it's real. Wasn't he like that because of something along the lines of an aggression variable going down by 1 when an event happened, but he was already at 0 so it went to 255?

IIRC Ghandi's aggression was at 0 in the original Civilization and whenever a country would become a democracy (in this case India) their aggression table would go down but since he was already at 0 the math fucked up somewhere and it would set it to 255 making him the most aggressive motherfucker in the game.
And then ever since then they would make Ghandi ruthless whenever he adopted democracy in every Civ game.

The whole story is:
