Last night was great. Went to a party with a few mates and smoked the perfect amount of weed and drank an adequate amount of alcohol. Saw a few people go down to the greens, but I was fine.

Is it illegal to be high or tripping (assuming you are causing no disturbance)? or is it just if you are in possession. Say if a cop pulls you over and a friend is high, could the friend get in any shit? (in the US)
I'm pretty sure being high or drunk in public is illegal regardless of possession, and it would probably give them probable cause to search your belongings\car\house.
Public intoxication is illegal, but unless you're causing problems (shouting obscenities, fighting, potential harm to self/others), they should leave you be.

The stem that you can remove is used as a carb. The little advantage of it is that you are not obligated to hold a carb, and there's no risk of dropping water from it (less important risk).

The percolator splits the large air mass into 24 small bubbles, cooling the smoke by [I]a lot.[/I] The point of having a stem that slides out removes the need of a carb, since you just have to slide the stem out to clear it. It works very well.
Guess I'll just skip on the perc on mine then. I might try making a slide instead of a carb though.
