Well I just got back from sitting all night and half the day in jail for shoplifting and posession of burglary tools. Fucking joy... Its quite a possibility Ill be facing a couple months to a year or two in jail.
The only good part was talking to this guy who is looking at 25-life, I got some pretty good advice from him. I guess its time to settle the hell down even though it might be a bit too late.
May going to pickup a gram on friday, hopefully. Going to be a sunny, warm day. Would be cool to chill at this one lake I was at with my mate today again, but this time with some beer, weed and other stuff you need for a BBQ(food, other friends...).

Fuck me. So my friend (we'll call her Leigh) informs me at school that she wanted to smoke at my place after school with another friend of ours, we'll call him Dave. I told her that I had practice this afternoon, and not to show up right after school, but wait for a bit. Right as I'm leaving to go to practice, Dave shows up with two Joints, and is like "weren't we supposed to smoke with Leigh?" I said yeah, but I needed to go to practice, so wait for a bit. He said alright, and when I got back not an hour later, they had smoked it all FFFFFff.

Nothing with the tools, I got arrested for shoplifting a PC game and the cop asked if I wanted him to make sure my car was locked and if he could search it, so I told him yea because I didnt even think about the lockpicks, so he goes and searches my car and finds them, and I ended up sitting overnight instead of getting bonded out because posession of burglary tools is a 10 year felony.

But you should NEVER let them search your car or person if you're given the option. Obviously you should be respectful, but you have the right to refuse.
