Bongs are legal if they're clean. If they have MARIJUANA resin/water or if it can be smelled, it's illegal.

Edit - Also, when I was on the DPH, I picked up my phone and started playing a game on it, and then it just disappeared from my hands and was back on my desk, I totally hallucinated using it at all, it's crazy to think about it.
I had a small metal bowl on me when I got busted for shoplifting, and the cop told me that there was no paraphenilia laws in michigan. I was so fucking relieved... He opened it and even I could see that it was pretty resined.

Fucking awesome day.
Started working at County Market (grocery) store. There was another guy being trained, and we ended working together most of the day. He offered me a ride back to my place (my dad's bitching about the herb again). We go outside for a cigarette before leaving, and he asks if I smoke weed. Turns out he's a pretty avid smoker. It's funny, because I'd never guessed. He reminds me A LOT of my old roommate (looks like him, sounds like him, kinda socially awkward but outgoing). Anyways, we go to a bar to meet some of his friends, chill there for a while, then we go over to this other dude's apartment to burn herb. I smoked with so many random motherfuckers lol
