About the bongs. In the UK you'll be searched for weed if you have a bong with you. The chances of it having resin are obviously high but they're unlikely to waste their time arresting you unless they find weed. I wouldn't wanna risk carrying around a bong if it was obvious, but I'd definitely take one around if it was in a bag. It's not like I've not walked around with weed before.

Got really baked with a couple of friends, went into safeway, friend decided to steal without notifying us, and since we were fucked out of our minds, we didn't notice the plain-clothes security guard following us. So, we got caught and led to the back where my first friend was charged with theft and we were charged with accomplice to theft under $5,000. Rode around in the police car where they gave us a warning, read us our rights, and told us we were banned from every Safeway in the province. Since we were sitting around for an hour or two waiting for the cops to pick us up, the high wore off a bit or something, because they didn't seem to notice that we were high at all.
So now I have a warning on record and if I'm with a friend who decides to steal again, I'm going to jail for at least a week and will have a criminal offense under my name, which will affect getting a job.. If I keep up a record of good behavior before I turn 18, the warnings will be cleared, though.

I don't hang around him much anymore, he's not a very good friend. Thing is here, even if you're with the person, yet you're unaware that they are stealing, it's still considered being an accomplice, because me and my friend were talking to him and we thought everything was normal. Maybe one day I'll forgive him, but right now he's not a very trustworthy guy.

Saskatchewan, Canada. Basically, since I have no way to prove that I wasn't in on him stealing, I'm considered an accomplice.
Sounds even worse than the USA, I wouldntve even gone to jail if I hadnt violated my probation by stealing, and I wouldve been bonded out that night for that if I hadnt had the lockpicks.

It's not too bad, considering that I get to choose my sentence if I'm found guilty, and even if I was charged of theft under $5,000, I would only have to spend a week in prison OR pay a fine of 100-150 dollars. If I don't want to dish out the money, I can also work at a court-assigned job at minimum wage until the fine is paid off, then I'm free to go, with a criminal record.
