Anybody ever feel like their brain just can't like relax and chill out? It's driving me nuts and I don't know what to do about it.
last night was amazing. We threw a glowstick/ravey party for my girlfriends older sister. It was about 30 people and lots of weed passed around. I love smoking with new people.

Anybody got any tips on organising a warehouse rave?
I was sippin on Gin and Rum for quite a while into the night last night. Bowls were had as well. I love social gatherings.

[editline]09:03PM[/editline]
Anybody got any tips on organising a warehouse rave?
Mostly unrelated, but I landed my first gig DJing at a friend's birthday party. Shit I'm so fucking nervous.
Anybody got any tips on organising a warehouse rave?
Have some X there.
Anybody got any tips on organising a warehouse rave?
Get the word around so you make sure enough people come Ensure you got a fucking loud system, but because it's inside it doesn't have to be insanely big because the sound will echo off of the walls. Warmth - might not be too much of a problem inside, but you might want some kind of backup just in case, fan heaters or something. Lighting - get lasers and flowers, if you are using the decks then if you don't have some good ones, hire some out so you can sync the lighting with the sound. Make sure you lay down the rules if there are any... Directions are also good too if people have no idea where to go
And good legit DJs.
-;21278731']E shouldn't be a classed drug, since it's after than alcohol despite being illegal and often cut shit. Legalize, tax and make sure it's good. Pleases everyone.
MDMA is still pretty dangerous psychologically and perhaps physiologically. Even the people at bluelight admit MDMA is pretty damaging mentally. I agree these drugs should be legalized but I'm on the fence about how effective it'd be. The only way to find out is to try.
:350: A little over than a month of school left! AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! Is there any drug that makes time faster, while allowing keeping the stability of my mind? That shit would be the bomb.
Shrooms tend to make me lose track of time really easily

All I know is it'd effectively kill the cartels and most gang violence, no dope money means no money for guns.
My friend grows so I get awesome prices on bud. I just picked up a 15 sack for 5 bucks. I'm gonna toke it up in a few hours.

Drug legalization is not a solution, but it's certainly preferable to prohibition. We live in an imperfect world, the quicker we realise that the quicker we start treating the drug problem seriously.
Mephedrone or MDMA? I know meph is more toxic, but which is more fun!
Bump
-;21298283']Mephedrone or MDMA? I know meph is more toxic, but which is more fun!
Most agree Mephedrone has a better rush but it's far more toxic. Reports at bluelight suggest it's 40x more toxic than Methamphetamine. Not good at all for people like me who've used a modest amount. Hopefully I won't die as a result of my actions but there's no doubt that my resting heart rate is way higher than it used to be. I was quite healthy before using Mephedrone and worked out every day. My RHR was about 55BPM. Now it's about 85BPM. That's just in TWO months of usage. I'm not even abusing it in large quantities so I dread to think what damage has been done to others. Mephedrone is really more like Cocaine. Hedonistic, selfish, meaningless, but fucking hell, it's hedonism to the maximum. MDMA is a more drawn out experience with more "push" and it has a very "honest" effect. This is why I believe it's a better drug to take. Hedonism is not a good thing to fall into. It's selfish, self-destructive and ultimately will cause psychological problems. If you're going for a night out and you have MDMA and Mephedrone, take the MDMA.

All I know is it'd effectively kill the cartels and most gang violence, no dope money means no money for guns.
There wasn't a "drug problem" until the government starting banning shit. Hell, in the early 1900s an 8 yr old could go to the store and buy a bottle of heroin. I wish the government would wake up and take responsibility for their fuck ups. Capone was a product of the government and now these paramilitary drug cartels in the south are too.
Good ol' Baxter creating Heroin as a cough syrup. Good ol' Japan for synthing methamphetamine for their army and then complaining about the spate of addictions afterwards. You know Methadone was synthed by Germany because they had so many Morphine addicts and because of the embargo they had to deal with the problem. I believe Goebells was addicted to Morphine. I also remember reading Hitler had daily injections of Methamphetamine. I completely agree with you Nestophales. Drugs problems are bourne from intervention into freedom. We SHOULD have the right to do what we want. I believe that money that currently goes to programs like DARE and FRANK could be utilized far more effectively to fund rehabilitation clinics. There's a limit to what we should be able to do though. Selling Heroin at corner shops will NOT solve the problem. Education is paramount. Ultimately we strive for a world where people do not see the need for drugs. This is not possible. We're too complex organisms to be able to brainwash us.
Ahhh, my brother's planning to move out soon so I get his room in the basement, and he's planning to grow in his house with his friends when he's all moved in, so sweet deal. I wish I had something decent to say in the above conversation.
I believe that money that currently goes to programs like DARE and FRANK could be utilized far more effectively to fund rehabilitation clinics.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. ;-)

:2bong:
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. ;-)
Okay, I can see your point. The issue being that people will do drugs regardless of what we tell them. People don't truly understand their insidiousness until they've started. Rehab works. I agree money should be spent on more factual and impartial education. I believe that is beginning to happen. The Guardian newspaper is beginning to publicly post pro-legalization-esque articles, which is refreshing. I agree that prevention is more effective than a cure in a maths simulation. But when emotions are concerned, people do not give a shit about education and rehabilitation is the only sensible way out. I'm probably speaking bullshit I'm SO fucked on Xanax.
