diphenhydramine has zero recreational potential, and DPH + DXM trips are certainly not fun or enjoyable (at least in my experience); just being confused for several hours with strange hallucinations of my family members talking to me, and my legs were restless and constantly twitching, making it impossible to fall asleep.

dph is smaller doses (50mg or so) just acts as anti-nausea
