I hate that. You take pictures with the focus on manual and they look fine but you put them on the computer and realize that they are blurring as F or out of focus, or focused on the wrong thing.
I think you should have used a longer exposure time on some of them. Of course you couldn't on the ones that have the street light or fire in them, but some where it is only the sky, you could have done a higher exposure and it would look way better. Also, I PM'ed you.

Northern lights are :krad2:. I had a good lightshow myself last night, northern Canada.
The sun must be kicking out extra radiation lately or something.
I haven't seen any with purple in them lately though, just green. It's quite amazing when you get different colours.

They were moving pretty slowly actually, About the speed of normal clouds.
