you easily look like, forty
I used to get the complaint I looked too young. Anyways, thanks to everyone for congratulating me :) But it's far from over, this is still just about 2-3 months progress and I hope by the end of 6 months, I can lose more weight and fyat. It's a great feeling, actually fitting into mediums now and going down to size 32 pants from size 34s. If there's anyone else in the thread that is a bit on the chubby side like I was (still am but a bit less), you should start now and you'll thank yourself later. Oh and I agree with the wonky color of the tie. I actually got it also as a gift from my friend and I thought I'd try it out. I think it's a bit too blue-green for it.
I need new shoes, what should I buy. They need to be high school socially acceptable.
just get some vans
My glasses just arrived. They are tortoise shell, but you can't really see that. [editline]19th December 2012[/editline] [t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/9453125/%7F/tortoise.jpg[/t]
So I'm not used to ties and what not, but I finally decided to grow up and buy one today. I saw one that I personally liked, but I was wondering what kind of clothes to wear with it. It's like the one below except there are white pinstrips on the edges of the black stripes. I was also wondering, when should one wear a basic white tie? I assume only with black dress shirts and white suits?
please tell me what you are going to wear that with
please tell me what you are going to wear that with
That's exactly why I came here? I like stripes, but it's obviously going to be very hard if not impossible to pull that off when I think of it (was an impulse buy), still it's a nice tie (in my opinion, which is probably bad taste around these parts)
then I will answer my own question [editline]19th December 2012[/editline] nothing
This is something I see a comic villain wearing.
I am a comic villain
That's too busy to work with almost anything, I'd return it.
Well, I could do that, but then again I do have a Glam Rock project to do some themed show/concert next year february, I could probably use it there seeing as it cost nickels and dimes. As for the white tie problem, I was thinking maybe just a basic black dress shirt and black pants might fight the bill, or what, I'm not used to "dressing up" if you will

There is a very small range of outfits that work well with it, and even then it will be the absolute eye melting centerpiece of them. Also white ties are very tricky and unfortunately have basically zero versatility to them. (Might I ask what skin tone you are? Because that can change things. For example I am pasty white, and therefor if I wear a white tie, I look washed out by it.) I'll be back at my house in a few hours, and I will post my tie rack when I get there, and maybe pick out a few good buys from it for people new to ties.
I wear this all seasons Not too cold and not too hot in spring/autumn, something warmer under it during winter and during the summer I doesn't get too hot when I'm going places on two wheels.
i have one black skinny tie that i wear exclusively when i wear suits then again i only have one suit, so
My father won himself a new biker leather jacket yesterday. Which might be a tad too tight for him. So there is a chance that it could be mine. It also came with a hoodie.

Please ignore my shitty phone camera, I don't have a proper camera or even a proper mirror for anything really. Also excuse the fact that it's just a shitty picture in general, I wasn't really intending to post it here until I got bored and did. Since only a few people seem to have got it, this is a massive joke. Like, holy fuck, the fact I got anyone to think this was real is amazing to me. Yeah it's me, but I actually had to go out and buy hair gel for this, it was worth it.
So I've been taking cold showers for ~2 weeks now, and while they were dreadful at first, I'm slowly starting to like them. It's certainly helped with my dry skin, and while I've always heard people say that dry skin = less acne, it seems like my chest acne is disappearing by the day after I started taking cold showers.
Holy fuck I can't believe this is real.
I don't like the hair.
I don't like anything, the hair, graphic T-shirt, can barely see the jacket but it from what I can see it looks like something you'd see in a My Chemical Romance music video.

Nah man, I just had extra dosh and nothing better to do with my night. It wasn't worth the $2 I spent on the tiny thing if gel, but I still amused my self and occupied my time, so it's fine by me.
