I do buzzed to a #2 or a #3 on the sides and back, then tapering up to something akin to 1.5x or 2.0x "finger length", these directions seem to be universally understandable among hairdressers. I don't know if that style will mesh with your facial shape though. I've got a roughly oval face shape, and an incredibly roman nose. I wear my hair like I do because it makes my face seem "longer" and more slender than it looks normally.
Also, I lost my motherfucking wayfarers, where can I buy top-notch wayfarers that aren't quite as expensive as real Raybans? (I'm willing to pay probably up to $70 USD for knockoffs, any more and I'll just get Raybans.)

i really like moderate/negligible scoops
less like "aaa look at me i'm so indie" and more like a bit of breathing room around the neck
also i tend to ignore rusty's advice on t-shirts because he has shit taste in t-shirts

Need to shave for it to work though, otherwise you get some visible chest hair poking over the top of the neck and fuck that
