Hmm i noticed why are people in this thread so against sport styled shoes? I don't dress like a swagfag or anything but I can't help but having a jordan collection (Cool grey phat 1s, bred ajko 1s, stealth 10s, black cement 3s). I think their more interesting than the standard vans or whatever because they have a story and culture behind them, not to mention some are exclusive and people will recognize them. This is probably gonna start an argument but idc i love my sneakers

I am/was also a big fan of Jordan's, still am today. But for what I do for a living they aren't very practical.
sport shoes/sneakers are ugly always have been always will be
Style is subjective. In the ghetto Jordans are considered stylish, you wear any the stuff you guys post and you would be labeled a faggot. It all depends on were you are.
I still contend that these are the most comfortable type of shoe anyone can own:
[t]https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/p206x206/154903_121302918035101_1250478204_n.jpg[/t]
people who are going to label you as a faggot for not wearing jordans are not exactly the pinnacle of mankind
I was just giving a situation. Well, at least if you don't wear jordans you won't be killed for your shoes.
I need help finding dress pants that suit me (no pun intended).
I have very thin legs, so anything I buy in stores are generally too wide. I also have very muscular legs, so if I buy something skinny, it makes me look silly. I have yet to find a good pair (and I've been looking for over a year).

they're over-styled, they're tailored to a hobby, they're way too busy, they're fucking huge, and they're just gaudy overall

Be proud that you can fit into skinny jeans.
sport shoes/sneakers are ugly always have been always will be
Not if they are well made. Classic shoes are nice and all but they also don't offer a lot variety. Maybe I just don't see it but they all look the same to me.

I'm not a huge fan of sport shoes because they don't fit well with any of my style, which is more on the dressy side. They are generally quite loud, and because of it, I find it difficult to match them to something I would wear without them being the absolute centerpiece.
For people other than me? I think they are fine. They just aren't as attractive to me as a nice pair of brogues or boat shoes. And I understand what you mean about lacking variety, the shapes of 'classic' shoes are very similar most of the time, and the beauty and interest to them comes in the subtle differences.

Get slim or skinny. If you are really worried, go get a pair that you like and are fairly acceptable and get the tailored. You will thank yourself.
My legs aren't really that muscular, but they are quite thin, so I consistently have the same problem as you, when it comes to dress pants. And believe me, a well fitting pant can make all the difference. So don't be afraid to go skinny here, not super-skinny, but just skinny.

really good prices on the jackets, carhartt jackets are amazing.
Also quick thing here.
I like some of these jackets, however I have to say that I have a huge issue when I'm shopping online and they are laid out flat like they are there. It makes the jacket look really large to me, even if it isn't and I can't get a feel for how it looks on someone, or worse, how it will look on me.
Carhartt jackets look terrible
They are pretty practical though I'll give them that, but this isn't the fix up, look warm and durable thread
you aren't really going to get fashion with the durability carhartt has, they're fine
the only thing i hate about them is their logo (and that's just because i'm a graphic nut)

It was more of a general complaint really. There are many sites that do it with their clothing and it never ceases to bug the fuck out of me.

Arizona gallon sweet tea.
That is the fucking shit right there. Mad props you southern bastard.
awful
only right way to enjoy it is freshly brewed, none of that bottled shit
tea is gross unless it's chai
tea is gross unless it's chai
all tea is glorious. (chinese teas are best)
Working at a place where chai is our most popular tea, I have had quite a bit of it, and to be honest I really don't care too much for it.
FULS related: I finally pulled my wool scarves out from my basement, and it feels wonderful to be wearing them again.
i got a really nice scarf from my grandmother for christmas, now i feel guilty because i'm never outside long enough to actually justify wearing a scarf
best shoe, worst color
these are the janoskis I was looking at for my next pair, but I wear khaki pants a lot so I don't think I'll get them in this color

Dockers makes a good Dress Pant. I had the same issue and then I discovered their modern slim fit trousers. They fit perfectly on my skinny toothpick legs.

there are these people that wear tshirts with scarves. I personally think its kinda gay but whatever
scarves are totally gay
scarves with t-shirts are gay
scarves themselves are not gay

I think they look fine, and as far as the fitting goes, all their fashion line stuff fits close to the body. I've got 6 carhartt jackets now, love then all.
