i want some nice durable leather boots, I do a lot of walking and I want something that will protect my ankles a little when I'm on my scooter (you look stupid wearing motorcycle boots on a scooter, they're inconvenient, and I'd quite like to lower the chance of breaking my ankles even if it's only slight honestly)
im thinking dr martens, but I'm not sure what kind, I definitely don't want a black pair because they gather dirt like something not right and personally I don't think they really go with everything, but I'm struggling to decide which pair, does anybody have any preferences?
also I'm not sure if they'll even suit me so I'll have to try them on first, I generally wear blue stonewash skinnies and my legs are stick thin, I'm worried they'll look like clogs

Looks like the tennis shoe version of creepers. Funnily enough I actually have a pair of some creepers that I had to get for an agency out in NYC to boost up my height to 6'1". They looked pretty goofy at first but it's what's in style at the moment, so I got a lot of people asking me what I was wearing and where they could get a pair of them, which kind of surprised me considering how they look.

The only difference between skinny jeans and slim straight jeans is the size around the calf... It has nothing to do with your crotch

I wear skinny jeans but it doesn't really tighten around my crotch area. The only area where it gets tight is where my calves are and even that's not so bad. I guess the whole crotch thing comes from people who aren't really skinny who attempt to wear the jeans and it's tight in every single area of their legs, but that can go for any form of clothing that's not made for a certain group of people. Now since I run a lot, I'm not able to pull off the really super skinny jeans so I just stick to some Levi's 511's to get the job done, which aren't really all that bad.

A lot of people here (indcluding me) have slim legs, and we can wear skinnies without them looking out of place or too tight.
A lot of us agree on similar themes and pieces for outfits, so it is natural for us to have similar styles, in that regard. We all have our differences, some drifting more to streewear, others (like me) to formal wear.)
