ok makoskydub i am really sorry i am trying to say I'm dressing how I want - not to please others.
this is only true to the point where y'know ideally you want to make yourself look attractive to others you can dress how you want but if people think it's ugly then it's probably ugly and it's not just like you can say "well it's just how I like 2 dress deal wit it"
Because google image search is infallible Or even decently accurate in most cases [editline]28th September 2012[/editline] Not into those frames at all
Any suggestions? I'm looking for new frames anyways

Thank you for coming here and sharing your style with us. I think it is clear that some members don't care for your style, but at the same time, your input and style is valuable to us as a thread, and as a community. Our views do not seem to align on the basis of clothing choice, but that is perfectly alright. Dissenting opinions and discussion of them help the thread define itself and and if you decide to continue contributing to the thread, we (or at least I) would be glad to have you.

So I'm getting a hair cut tomorrow, I've given up trying to have it slightly longer than normal. I have a far back hairline, and wavy hair, and so I'm not quite sure what to do, and I can't just "cut it short" it as most of you would suggest. I'm thinking of getting it shorter on the sides and back, but keeping my fringe reasonably long, but if anyone has any suggestions for actual styles, that'd be great. Bonus pics, I'm in my school uniform and couldn't be fucked to try and make nice faces, so leave them out EDIT, I decided to not blot out my face, even I look kinda retarded tonight [t]http://i.imgur.com/Lykah.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/LRzEI.jpg[/t]
I refuse to give advice to anyone who blocks out or majorly alters their face in the photographs they post. Nothing against you personally, like 1 in 4 people who post here do it. It's just that the stuff you are not letting us see WAS relevant information and was necessary for us to see if you want us to give you the best answer possible.
That's a good point actually, I'll take some better ones later.
What hairstyles are popular these days?

But in all fairness I, and all of us make silly contributions asking for advice. Everyone has an entirely different idea of nice fashion to another. So I take all opinions with a pinch of salt! And if I like to wear it, I'll continue to! That's why fashion shows always look shitty, because they don't care for the look as someone else will always have a different opinion, so they design clothes to stand out and have extravagant features because that is the only thing people will have a general opinion on. So to all who get negative feedback - Take it lightly, there will be a lot of people who like it and vice versa. If you like how you look in it, wear it. To please yourself, and not others!
Someone recommend me a good watch for under £80
[IMG_THUMB]http://u.cubeupload.com/EagleEye/20120911133228.jpg[/IMG_THUMB] H&M shirt + blue undershirt, tucked in + Tommy Hilfiger jeans and belt Sorry the background is messy as fuck, parents room is the only place in the house with a big mirror.
You should look for some bigger and thicker frames if you can afford them. I think the thin framed glasses a really bland.
look at those sweaters look at them
The white one is ugly. I like sweaters as long as they're not a tight fit and they go down bellow your waist. They need to be a bit loose.
the pattern on the left one looks like a southwest style rug [editline]27th September 2012[/editline] which is a good pattern, for rugs
if I didn't see the collar you could easily convince me those are rugs they're still alright sweaters tho
I prefer the right one to the left! What would you wear them with?

What is facepunch's opinion on Vans? I have a pair of high top vans that I wear with skinny jeans, and I've actually had some compliments.
What is facepunch's opinion on Vans? I have a pair of high top vans that I wear with skinny jeans, and I've actually had some compliments.
i like vans because they're cushion-y but i think they're huge
What is facepunch's opinion on Vans? Brightly colored vans are icky imo
so Summer is coming up. I could really do with some tips on what kind of shorts look good/summer clothes in general. I'm pretty okay with winter, but when it comes to summer I'm clueless. What's good for summer? Usually I have a couple of pairs of chinos and jeans on me in winter, some really nice coats and normal tshirts.
