http://i.imgur.com/7sgiY.jpg/ Used my phone. I have my high-top vans on. Also, just woke from a nap so I didn't brush my hair + weird mouth thing. (How do you img thumb?)
[t] [/ t] to thumb images Those look rather big unless you just have big feet. And you should get a haircut, calling out what most of the thread is gonna tell you.
rammaster summarized it but yeah generally vans (especially high tops) look huge those jeans are a bit too skinny imo
i think the jeans are fine, they just look really tight compared to his fuckhuge shoes
ok makoskydub i am really sorry i am trying to say I'm dressing how I want - not to please others.
It seems to me like you wouldn't need to do all this ongoing justification of your clothing if that were really the case. I mean, you visit the thread with a picture asking y/n, get an overwhelming majority of no, and then cycle through the classic responses to reject the feedback you received I.E I'm only dressing for myself, my friends have complimented me and so on edit The beauty of asking for advice here is that everyone is gonna be honest and not everyone is gonna be polite [editline]28th September 2012[/editline]
Any suggestions? I'm looking for new frames anyways
Honestly my advice isn't worth asking for when it comes to frames, I don't wear glasses and know very little about what's available and what to match with what face shape and whatever If you posted pictures of you wearing different frames I could tell you what works, but for now the best I can do is tell you those thin rectangular ones don't do it for me
So I'm getting a hair cut tomorrow, I've given up trying to have it slightly longer than normal. I have a far back hairline, and wavy hair, and so I'm not quite sure what to do, and I can't just "cut it short" it as most of you would suggest. I'm thinking of getting it shorter on the sides and back, but keeping my fringe reasonably long, but if anyone has any suggestions for actual styles, that'd be great. Bonus pics, I'm in my school uniform and couldn't be fucked to try and make nice faces, so leave them out EDIT, I decided to not blot out my face, even I look kinda retarded tonight [t]http://i.imgur.com/Lykah.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/LRzEI.jpg[/t]
do u even lift?
look at those sweaters look at them
Where did you get these sweaters!? D:
Those sweaters look horrible.
i like the one on the right, for me it'd be mostly joke wear but it's enjoyable sometimes
do u even lift?
this guy
What is facepunch's opinion on Vans? I have a pair of high top vans that I wear with skinny jeans, and I've actually had some compliments.
I like some Vans, I have some navy mid-tops I wear. Others are pretty dumb.
Just got back from eurogamer expo [IMG_THUMB]http://i.imgur.com/Wcwpo.jpg[/IMG_THUMB] Looking for some legitimate advice and opinions on my appearance
Looks like you fit in pretty well, the shirt is too large.
shirt too baggy. I'm also not a fan of short sleeve button downs but that's my opinion. jeans look alright if not a tad loose, hair could use a bit of work but it's not bad at all
yeah, shirt is way too big/long and you could do something with your hair
Yeah I actually just noticed my shirt was too big when I decided to take the pic. My hair is pretty darn short for now but hopefully I could pull off some nice things when it grows
Short sleeve buttondowns are horrendous, doesn't even come under the category of opinion [editline]29th September 2012[/editline] That dull tablecloth pattern is also quite bad
short sleeves are fine the issue is when the sleeves are made for a 400 pound dude this is fine this aint
But the blue one looks like it's been made to resemble rolled-up sleeves, except shorter. And it would look a lot better around elbow length, because long sleeves rolled up is always the way to go. That doesn't look terrible but it's still no alternative to rolling if you ask me.
Just got back from eurogamer expo [IMG_THUMB]http://i.imgur.com/Wcwpo.jpg[/IMG_THUMB] Looking for some legitimate advice and opinions on my appearance
what did mom say about taking the kitchen table cloth outside
That doesn't look terrible but it's still no alternative to rolling if you ask me.
Maybe if the guy was golfing; it looks bad.
I want to know opinions of singlets with jeans. When it's warming up but not terribly hot I normally dress like this. It's comfy and I am more of a singlets kind of guy so it works for me. Can't wait for summer. [editline]29th September 2012[/editline] Oh and singlet was $15. I find it funny when I walk through Myer and see shirts/singlets selling for $50. Seriously who would pay that much.
dont wear tank tops

you have the ass of a black girl nice curves?
My shirt just rode up my ass a bit, but thank you. [editline]29th September 2012[/editline]
dont wear tank tops
aussie lyf
if you're rolling to your elbow you're doing it wrong above or below hombre
I did use the word "around" for that exact reason [editline]29th September 2012[/editline]
I want to know opinions of singlets with jeans. Seriously who would pay that much.
I think you have the wrong physique for those jeans, you have big legs and they look uncomfortably tight. Like, they should be that tight when you're sitting down. Same with the tank, you're too kinda square and bulky for it to look good imo. You're misdirecting your style as it relates to your body. I imagine you'd look good in formal attire
I think you're right with the jeans in terms of physique, but that's because I've packed on mass in the legs and a little in the waist since I purchased them like 2 years ago. They're slim fit, not skinny or anything like that and they're not tight around the legs. They're actually pretty comfy and it doesn't they don't restrict my movement at all. Trust me if you saw my physique when I bought the jeans they would look better on me :v: I will probably go for a bit of a looser fit next time I purchase a pair. They've lasted me a while however now and I have no reason to buy a new pair yet. Also my frame has always been more slender and not really squarish, maybe my bad photography makes it look so. This is me in formal btw [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/C0RMq.jpg[/thumb]
I think that IS your reason to go buy a new pair That and don't you only have one pair of jeans! Incidentally I'm pretty sure I have those jeans, Dillon Skinnies right? Also a bright red tie? C'mon BB
Nope, Politix 464. I would buy a new pair but work has been slow the last couple of months (I work casual) and don't want to invest in jeans yet. Work will pick up soon though and I'm going to grab a part time job as well. My jeans are investments, I fork out at least $100 for good quality so they last for a couple of years like this pair has. Politix always have great quality. [editline]29th September 2012[/editline] lol they're slim jeans not skinny I doubt I could even fit into skinny they're for super skinny people
My mistake And a couple of years should small time for jeans, it's not like they just fall apart or anything [editline]29th September 2012[/editline] So $100 seems like a lot if that's the reason you're spending it
