I fell off my motorbike and my favourite jeans are now RUINED AND COVERED IN BLOOD AND DIRT, I'm really pissed off cause they were £80 and I really don't have the money to buy any replacements right now. Sure I have other pairs, but none that are as perfect as those were.

If you can afford them, Go for Ray-ban Wayfarers, They are by far the best looking "Nerd" glasses.
Another nice brand of those style glasses, is Derek cardigan.
If you go ahead with it then you 100% Have to get the UV or anti glare coating because they took terrible otherwise.

I'm not that good at measurements but I picked out maybe a 1 inch x 1 inch square of denim from inside the wound, so sewing them isn't going to go too well. I might iron in some patches behind them or something like that and leave the holes there to show off my war wounds

Most decent tailors will be able to properly patch them, and if you're really invested denim specialists like Son of a Stag in London will be able to darn them with denim, I got my torn Nudies fixed by them and they did a great job
