I want to start dressing formal a bit. A mixture of that with casual. (Jeans, Dress shirts, jacket's, and nice shoes like nikes or fresh converse. I also like hoodies. Got some pretty decent ones.) Anyway, got a sweater like this. But I have no idea what to wear it with besides with a plain shirt, which I find too simple. Needs the help.
That sweater's pretty meh. I generally dislike zippers, buttons are way classier and look better.
That sweater's pretty meh. I generally dislike zippers, buttons are way classier and look better.
Ah yes. That is a factor contributing to this sweater's cons. When I sit, it fold upward, so it makes it look like I have a weird boner. And it goes all the way from the bottom to the top. I find them better when they have a zipper stretching from a bit above the pecs to the neck.

And it's just comfortable if you just unbutton/unzip it.
(Jeans, Dress shirts, jacket's, and nice shoes like nikes or fresh converse.
I think you missed the memo on what "nice" and "formal" mean

gf bought me this today [t]http://media.topman.com/wcsstore/TopMan/images/catalog/81W11ENAV_large.jpg[/t]
how much would a good suit cost and where would a reasonable place to get one be? i've been having a lot of formal events and I also have to wear one for these meetings
Some may disagree but I would get one of H&M's $60 blazers, for that price you cannot go wrong
definitely, you can get a full suit at h&m for under $150
Suits are a serious investments, so I'd personally spend a few hundred on one. At least go with Zara over H&M. You're probably going to want some tailoring too, don't expect to get away with an off-the-rack price.
Some may disagree but I would get one of H&M's $60 blazers, for that price you cannot go wrong
I've heard complaints of H&M's quality. They're nice for more casual wear, I wouldn't risk it with a suit though.
i was planning on selling this pendleton jacket for a new suit but who the fuck would buy it (i'll take pictures later)
Could someone post a few fashionable haircuts? I have no idea what's considered trendy anymore, I see so many people with fauxhawks, but I think it looks ridiculous.
Could someone post a few fashionable haircuts? I have no idea what's considered trendy anymore, I see so many people with fauxhawks, but I think it looks ridiculous.
it does
Suits are a serious investments, so I'd personally spend a few hundred on one. At least go with Zara over H&M.
investments are as serious as the money spent, so if you're spending $150 on a suit then that's how important it is to you
alright here it is [t]http://i.imgur.com/iXOQg.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/mqGmk.jpg[/t] it's definitely authentic i just can't set a date on it, it's in perfect condition (guy who had it was about 64 when he gave it to me last year), the inside is velvet and everything else is mostly cotton where could i even sell this?
so this is a thing
investments are as serious as the money spent, so if you're spending $150 on a suit then that's how important it is to you
Pretty much this, for someone who almost never wears suits except for funsies, $150 is fine for me. But for someone who needs a suit for a profession you'd look like a joke.

so i was running low on hair gel and bought this out of impulse did i make a smart purchase or should i get something else? (fine hair, medium-long btw, bedhead look)
Most pastes, gels, pomades, etc. are about the same, texture and gloss aside. You should be fine.
I've started using American Crew Fiber, and if you use it right it's really damn good.
So I've got this white graphic tee. It looks shit on it's own so just showing it with a jacket, probably wear a shirt over it otherwise. Not sure if the colour looks alright with my skin tone though, I'm pretty pasty and the whitish seems a bit off.
Most graphic tees look bad, that one included.
Just wondering what you guys thought of my appearance. Don't mind my face, it tends to go like that when I close my eye to take a photo. [IMG_THUMB]http://img1.uploadscreenshot.com/images/orig/9/27312002841-orig.png[/IMG_THUMB] I normally don't wear a blazer, was photographing a wedding in this photo.
it doesn't really go with the flannel
I'm not fond of the blazer with jeans combo
I'm not fond of the blazer with jeans combo
I am, but I always tuck my shirt in, because otherwise it looks sloppy in my mind.
