Why would anyone be nervous working during that period? I would slack off and relax as much as I want and my boss couldn't do shit.

But it's practically consequence-free if you fuck it up, or are we missing something?
Need the reference?
I hate it when those threads come up like "Who is your favorite user?" and then you think of someone much later and feel terrible because it might have made them happy.
There was a thread a week ago about Fp users you'd like to get to know more, and while I was just sitting here some more hit me like a ton of bricks. Now I don't want to bump the thread and talking to them about it is too embarrassing and weird.

Its a non issue really, you could just say "these people are pretty cool"

But then what would I complain about?
Got my wisdom teeth removed earlier today, kinda just been sitting here drugged up and in pain for the past 7 or so hours. Couple days off work at least, gonna watch movies the entire time, maybe even finish Twin Peaks.
wisdom teeth recovery sucks. had to eat nothing but pudding, soup, and yogurt for 4 days and tasted nothing but blood for a week
But then what would I complain about?
Maybe you could complain any having nothing to complain about that'd be a first

Every time I go to the dentist, my wisdom teeth stop poking through and they go "Oh well lucky you guess you won't need surgery for a while".
And then I leave and it starts to hurt like a motherfucker within a day or two and they're growing out again. So we go to the dentist a few weeks later, they stop, dentist goes "Oh well lucky you"
rinse repeat
Everyone was all "oh sweetie getting your wisdom teeth out is no big deal~ I was up and running the very next day!"
Fucking liars. Sat around drugged up for a week.
Really? Took a day to get the gauze off for me and the biggest annoyance that I had after my wisdom teeth was having to swish water to get food that was stuck back there.
My dentist went medieval and dislocated my jaw twice,I still have issues with jaw.
I remember playing half life 2 episode 2 on release day drooling everywhere because of my wisdom teeth. I also had codeine
2007 was a fun year
They gave me vicodin when I got my wisdom teeth taken out I still have the entire bottle
I don't think mine are gonna be a problem. They're growing out at a proper angle.
I just remember seeing random scenes of Wreck-It Ralph as I faded in and out of consciousness afterwards. And then attempting to play Dota 2 afterwards and doing horrible at it.

This gives them time to try to fill your position and train the new employee. I dunno why you'd be worried though. During my last two weeks at my last job I just kind of worked at my normal pace just because you don't want to burn bridges in the employment world.
During this time I was also required to develop one last feature for a site I was working on, using heavy OOP. I found out after I left my boss was pissed because he didn't understand OOP and was trying to add something to the feature I developed :V

I miss having my girlfriend to talk to during these :c
forecast said it was gonna rain today so i brought my umbrella to uni but it was 80f and sunny all day so i felt a little silly carrying around a 40 inch umbrella around campus
All this talk about rain/high temperatures and meanwhile we again got another couple inches of snow overnight. I think we can officially call this the 'Year Without a Spring' because it sure isn't coming any time soon here in New England
[SP]just kidding, we're actually going to get warmer temperatures starting this weekend. but still, it's almost the middle of April and we're getting *snow*, and it's sticking at that[/SP]

You were quite lucky, the storm just south of you had a very strong hook echo on NEXRAD radial velocity.

EDIT: Actually.. there are TWO strong rotation signatures.. so you dodged TWO bullets.

Probably fuuuuuuucked, those are very strong vortex signatures. Both of those are probably on the ground as we speak.
