But what would they say? Maybe they are afraid of offending you by mistake?

They aren't the type to not speak their mind and they know that i'm not the type to get offended by anything.

What is there to say though? outside of specific situations it's not really something that needs acknowledging

It's not that i want them to go "oh, you're gay?" out of the blue but they ask me stuff that makes it seem like they have no idea.
I havent seen them since the day before valentines day though, and my bf did tag me in a status about our valentines so its possible they noticed it now. Hopefully.
I keep falling asleep on the train for like split seconds. I am worried I am going to fully go to sleep and wake up in China or something.

I get this (kinda strange) desire as well, for people to acknowledge it. Like that thing that parents do where they're always like "soooo do you have a girlfriend yet?" or whatever, but that kinda thing stopped when I came out. They didn't just switch it to boyfriend. It's just empty space.
But really I don't think it should bother me (or you) so much (aka at all). It's better this than being hounded for it.

It doesn't bother me in a sense that they don't know.
I just don't do well with awkwardness when asked questions that would be aimed at typical straight men.
Well everyone will ask those questions sometimes. That's how the world is and always will be. I fucking hate questions about anything but I got used to it.
Maybe they will know in the end and if they do then they do.
TIL: people use drain cleaner (lye) to make pretzels.

If you really want to avoid the awkwardness, since, in my experience, the questions or comments are relatively standardised, just practice a series of responses to each of the previous situations you have experienced and after the first real life use, it just gets easier. It's more comfortable then for them as well because they don't spend weeks making the comments.
As time goes on you can improvise some more based on the situation, and suddenly you'll be a pro!

Oh man I had an awesome dream last night where I had long, flowing 80s metal hair. And also everyone stopped calling me a ginger.
Nope. My hair's still short.
My hair is awful and there's nothing I can do about it.
When it's short, I look like a douchey jock.
When it's longer, it's this unmanageable forest that just seems really unappealing.
There's just no winning with it ;-;
My hair is really thick. When it gets to long, it just flops.
Although i think puberty did me well.
When i had long hair at school.

Reminds me of myself when I was 15, oh god the horrible memories.
Love my current short hairstyle and will never change it.
A bit messy here. It's usually more to the right.

It's not fair. My dad has a way better hair situation than I do and he's 50 :v:
I like my hair.
It used to be this:

Which was terrible imo and considerably more nsfw than the rest of these. In fact the whole photo is a train wreck :v: but my hair is at its best here then any other time when it had this style (for the record I was 19, despite looking like a 16 year old girl)
Then my hair was this six months or so ago which I linked because I've already posted it here.
And then I went full on mainstream with the undercut thing and I like it.

I considered not thumbing it because the photo very much fit this thread.
Fruits are colourful, same with gay stuff.
But that's a stereotype. However, my room is colourful and so am I.
I will probably be more colourful when I move. My room is a mix of black and red. my clothes are RGB.
Currently my room is pretty depressing looking due to the lack of colors.
My hair is in a constant state of not sitting properly due to it being so thin
It either has a giant part down the middle / side, or it looks like I'm balding
I used to have absolutely retarded long hair a few weeks ago and I finally bothered to get a haircut only about a week or so ago.
i've not had my hair cut in 7.5 months

NEVER.
AGAIN.
I'm not really attracted to longer hair but I also want to grow mine out. I don't know either
Out of interest, how old are you guys that prefer longer hair to shorter hair.
Because i'ved noticed most gay guys under 17 find longer hair attractive, then when they mature a little, they find short hair attractive.

Short hair best.

I feel that all sorts of hair is fine.
But if it's as unkempt as mine, no thank you.
Prefer short hair mainly. Long hair isn't bad as long as it suits the person.
I like my own hair a bit long but I prefer short hair for others
