Stretch more and more often, hot showers, and good dickings.
I lift and is still flexible.

I used to lift on and off but never kept up like more than a month because I felt like shit but now I've been working hard for 9 weeks and it keeps getting better physically and visibly.
Did like 85kg 2 reps in deadlift last week, was one rep more than I thought. Usually do like 65kg 10 reps but gonna test 70kg 10 reps tomorrow.
i don't really lift. I do lots of cardio but not a lot of lifting. I don't really want to gain much upper body mass.

that seems awfully light for what you can do 1 or 2 rep max. what is your highest 1 rep, if you don't mind me asking?

Well I guess I could do 100kg 1RM. When I tested my max I did it according to what my app said which was 85kg 1RM.

I find it doesn't matter how much you lift, if you still have body fat over those muscles you're still going to look fat.
I bike now more often because it's warming up and I can really feel a difference.
I prefer full body cardio and aerobics to weight lifting. The resulting muscles look more natural and I find lithe and trim muscles to be way sexier than bulky ones.

It's okay, but you'll be very sticky afterwards from the dry lube.
It's better than no lube... kinda. My personal favorite is Uberlube.
