not sure about the font. maybe you could make cheer, queer and beer in all caps and get rid of the dashes? would look nicer formatting-wise

Why is everyone here so pretty?
[IMG_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/vNo5YQ6.jpg[/IMG_thumb] Improvement? On: http://i.imgur.com/N6dYcjC.jpg ? I need to figure out the colouring for the top and bottom text for the new one.
I'm not the best at creating posters but feel free to use this. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/cHzGZBK.png[/thumb]
What do people do here when it comes to hobbies?
I'm not the best at creating posters but feel free to use this. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/cHzGZBK.png[/thumb]
Thank you so much! Although after I posted the second one I found out they'd already done the super heroes thing the guy seems pretty keen on the idea but pretty much everyone I have spoken to has said something like "stress of queer event + stress of costumes = not attending"
What do people do here when it comes to hobbies?
Trains! [t]http://i.imgur.com/YuL2iOu.jpg[/t] Electronics!!(for trains!) [t]http://i.imgur.com/CnAd6NQ.jpg[/t]
What do people do here when it comes to hobbies?
a bit of everything. music, coding, etc.
God I hate coding....
God I hate coding....
i learned just so i could make a lewd steam bot for the we chat
Since you guys mentioned coding, I finally got to know why our programming teacher is so bad ar teaching us program. It's because he never tried to teach anyone else how to code before. We are literally his first class. And he's leaving the school at the end of this year. Like, what the fuck? :v:
i learned just so i could make a lewd steam bot for the we chat
As good a reason as any
What do people do here when it comes to hobbies?
Oh here we go, in my element now. -model trains -3d modelling -some arty stuff like drawing or pixel art -reading I want to find some good sci fi books but I don't know quite what I want in them. Like I don't want futuristic stuff, I want it to be kind of dirty and gritty, dieselpunk I guess? I'm reading Discworld at the moment. I have had them as ebooks for a while now but kept putting them off or reading other things. Since Terry Pratchett died I figured it was a good time to see what he left behind. Also I'd take a picture of myself but I always seem to take a good photo on my phone, then when it shows me what it actually came out like it looks like shit.

The sequels were decent to begin with and then rapidly got worse, IMO, but the original was absolutely amazing! Also, train buddies, woo!
I used to read but a year or so ago I stopped. I'm working on my LGBT+ community involvement and attempting to organise a small business running regional video games competitions.

I don't know a single thing about it except it has giant worms, but it's one of those things where I feel I have to read it because it's such an important book. And don't start me on trains because I won't be stopping if I get going.

It's the best compromise of detail, size, and price.
After 3 years in high school with the same IT people I couldn't stand coding anymore. I had enough of all the anime and legit palpable awkwardness from one "clique" that legit got me to question "I like coding on my free time, but do I really want to be surrounded by people like this for 60-80hrs a week?" I got out as fast as I could after that and life has been getting brighter ever since. I like 3d modeling, coding, drawing, driving, longboarding, walking and playing with doges, reading, shooting, hiking, watching nature, being a sarcastic, cynical, but fun-loving nihilist etc. Its pretty easy to entertain me, as long as I have the privilege of having trees in the dutch and my honey deluxe.

High school ruined my life and I am very slowly recovering from the emotional damage that has been inflicted upon me by that wretched place.
i never went to high school i'm not sure if i should be proud of it or feel ashamed
High school was hell for me, it was hell for everyone.
i never went to high school i'm not sure if i should be proud of it or feel ashamed
There's nothing wrong with it. You probably saved yourself a lot of bullshit. People who enjoyed high school confuse the shit out of me. I guess I'm just not extroverted enough yet to understand being social enough to enjoy that environment.
I took a photo that I think came out alright and because I wanted to join in on being fun. [t]http://i.imgur.com/U9ZR7RD.jpg[/t]
Sorry, this is a train thread now. Just some I think were really interesting. I want to fit one out with DCC sound and lighting. That'd be awesome.
Are we still doing selfies [t]https://photos-5.dropbox.com/t/2/AACLKB2qDvONuik75kxxmkKyOuh5VNJ8sOT6Kw9feA9EMw/12/40986413/jpeg/1024x768/3/1427097600/0/2/Photo%20Aug%2013%2C%2010%2049%2050%20AM.jpg/CK3OxRMgASACIAMoAQ/FXw3wvYcdi5gaHkkT96qRN6ivzNUJwc3DmyfQytQEDU[/t] old one but I still look the same
I always find posting pictures of yourself strange. Like I always imagine people as their avatar and then they are a real person and I can't handle that revelation.
There's nothing wrong with it. You probably saved yourself a lot of bullshit.
i guess. think is though, while i've learned a bunch of handy stuff (english, 3d modeling, video editing, anything you might end up learning through the internet) i feel like the fact i don't have a diploma or any other piece of paper means i'll end up flipping burgers for a living rather than doing any of the things i've picked up these past few years. i guess being a freelancer video editor/modeler/whatever is the only option for me if i wanna profit off something i enjoy. also sorry i have no selfies for the gay bandwagon because i look terrible

That'd be awesome.
I've got a Bachmann DD40 w/ sound, but it's difficult to get good n scale sound in a diesel. My dad's got an Intermountain AC/12 Cab Forward and it has much better sound. The thing about model sound that most people seem to not understand is to keep it quiet. At my train club we use a term called "scale sound". Basically make it as loud as it would be in scale, so you can't hear it from more than a few scale miles away. And don't even bother with sound at all at conventions and open houses, it'll just make everyone trying to talk over it grumpy and everyone trying to listen to it grumpier. However in general I try to make sure all my decoder a are dual-mode, because really I prefer analog controls. They have a certain nostalgic charm to them.
