I don't understand the question.
If you go atheist then you don't believe in hell so you wouldn't care, so why would you be afraid of burning in hell for being atheist. That just shows you do believe in it/aren't an atheist.
In my opinion, if God exists and is perfect like He's supposed to be, He should let good people into heaven whether they believe in Him or not. I never understood why deities needed to be worshiped, it's not they have self-esteem issues or anything. That's one of the reasons why I find it hard to believe in organised religion.
