Oh hi there, native Californian here. Really excellent place to live because of the diversity of places to go. I live in the Inland Empire, which is cool because I can go chill out in the snow in the mountains, or go to the desert (why would I want to go there :P), or I could go to the beach, all within an hour of where I live.
Only problem with California (esp. socal) is the unholy ammount of Mexicans. Not to be hating on Mexicans, but they are fucking everywhere and 90% of them are illegals.

It's great that we have plenty of UCs nearby. I mean, for UC Davis it would probably only take an hour-and-a-half to drive from San Jose to there.
Went to the free bluegrass fest at sf park last weekend. Hippies love free concerts and weed, therefore I love hippies. Was anyone else there?
Going to see the blue angels in sf today too, haven't seen them live before.
