Max Payne 3 Design and Technology Series: Targeting and Weapons

Looks so sexy
It's funny how they said it has been completely redesigned and tweaked yet the targeting and weapons system is exactly the same as the previous games, excusing the addition of proper dual wielding. It should work great and play out the same as the previous games.
I find it pretty sad that Rockstar record gameplay of their own game and can't manage to hold at least 60fps, it looked all laggy. Heaps of developers seem to do this now in commericals and it makes me cringe when I see an ad for a game and it looks like it is running at 20fps
Also to people complaining about setting. It alternates between Brazilian wifebeater and New York cop from the past.
Here's some old OC I made from when they announced it'd be set in Brazil

It better have my god dammned comic book style cutscenes and not reatime cutscenes. I don't mind reading as long as max is reading too.

Oh and easter eggs, its not a max payne without easter eggs.
As amazing as this looks, just imagine if this is the engine GTA 5 is going to be running on.. holy shit

Now imagine if it was a PC exclusive
Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah this game has the same horrifying problem that Dead Island, Just Cause 2 and Uncharted had!
The blood is so shiny that it might as well be white.

Cover system grrrrr
What are you guys talking about? This is a movie.
saw the title, closed everything, grabbed some snacks and watched it like 3 times :)
The euphoria looks amazing in this game. They really did well with it, the way they react to different bullets hitting their body, and the impact type that Max has when firing different types of weapons?
My only complaint is that graphically, it doesn't look that great. Though, Max Payne games never did lead the boards with amazing graphics.
"cinematic realism"
thats like, a whole notha level of oxymoron
I like the little details such as the different effect when hitting someone's body armor. Not many games do that, with the only other I know off the top of my head being GTA IV.
Always loved the bullet time in MP, it let you appreciate how terrible the enemies are at aiming.

You must have played on Detective
Oh, and one more thing...
Please have interactive set peices, Pleaaasseee
but it isn't
just look at it, it's completely different in every possible way
I mean it'll probably be a great game like every other rockstar game, but it's so unmax payne
where's the snow, the drugs, the satanism, the black comedy, the overly flowery monologues, the noir
where's that sexy low electronica music
Dude.
It's a weapons and animation demo, of course they aren't going to show off the monologues, dialogues and scenes during a gunplay demo.
The animations are even better then bf3.
I prefer max from MP1

(i know its the same voice actor, but for some reason, this one sounds better to me)
I hope it's pretty difficult near the hardest difficulties.
Looking at that gameplay: "WHERE EVERY SECOND IS CRUCIAL" (taking no damage whatsoever)
