That Satan part what the FUCK
Method acting as Satan seems like a great way to fuck yourself up.
I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Op you should consider writing a play/book about this. Even if you looseley base it on this, the idea of a teacher that tried to change the lives of movie goers but ends up inadvertently permenantly damaging a lot of his students is an interesting idea.
I just don't ever understand how people get suckered into these cult groups, it honestly blows my fucking mind. I mean Did none of that seem EXTRAORDINARILY out of place?
Charisma.
Plus people expect a bit of eccentricity from a drama teacher, makes it hard to report it when eccentricity becomes abuseiveness
write a book, seriously
At first, it seemed like the general drama teacher trying to push the school boards buttons but holy fuck. What the hell? Is he still doing this to his martial arts students? Oh God, why?
How many students were there?
The part that did me in was when he starting calling Juror #5 a nigger
sounds like an alright guy
Wow man, that's quite fucked up. Your writing wasn't too bad, I was enjoying the way you wrote near the beginning to the middle, but closer to the end it started to get a little oddly written.

I'll try to go back and fix some of the glaring issues :v:
Well it just seemed like the beginning and middle you were very emotional and creative in the way you wrote, it was entertaining. Near the end it started to become bland and straight to the point. I mean, all in all a good read
This could make a fucking horrifying book if you exaggerated some parts (granted its creepy as hell as is :v:)
UPDATE. I found the tapes for Imaginary and 12 Angry Men, and I also found the script for the movie we did for my 9th grade year. I'm halfway through transcribing the script, and I'll try to put the plays on youtube, if all goes right. Worst case scenario is I just gotta transcribe it all.
This Smith guy is a high-class nutjob.
so is this some bullshit creationism corner tripe or did it actually happen if so wtf
Nobody would take the time to make something like this up. Though one thing that stands out is the teacher's awfully generic name. Mr. Smith. What?

its private D:
He shows a few signs of being some sort of psychopath...
its private D:
Fixed.
calling it best thread 2013
I'm watching the play right now and it's really fucking bad. It's like it was written in a bubble full of every cliche, every stereotype, every awful over-the-top, outlandish plot. Edit: It's freaking me out. It's like an alien wrote it or something. There's no way this came from a human.
it's 11 at night and i'm reading this right after I read a creepy pasta eerily similar to this. http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Emotional_Acting
Nobody would take the time to make something like this up. Though one thing that stands out is the teacher's awfully generic name. Mr. Smith. What?
Maybe because "Smith" is literally the most common surname in English?
Op has some really good writing skills. I dunno how to suggest to not tell yourself you can't write. Cause you are a writer. On a different note this man you describe... Sounds like a psychopath. Like it sounds like he's using people to play out a fantasy of his. Noted, this comes from a very personal place, but UGH those kind of people, I wanna pull their head outta their fuckin ass. God damn fuckin pissed. I need to get started on my own book...
Given that he was part of this drama class all this time, is it really a big surprise the OP is a good writer? Drama, acting and literature all go hand in hand.
Just to reiterate, this would make an incredible piece of literature/movie. You should really think about fleshing this out, could be Grade A creepy
Man, that was quite the story to read. That's really rough, especially when you all are at that age. Just a comment about the movie the Wave; I think that the reason why the students' cult become so extreme is mostly because of the students' role / actions into making the cult. In the beginning they just wanted a strong community. In your situation, it seems a bit the other wayaround since Mr.Smith seemed to have the strongest role in creating such a movement.
