Wouldn't having all those fucking massive propellers going at once, powerful enough to lift what looks to be the size of a building and go over 100mph just be INSANELY noisy? Like having 6 helicopters flying in a big ass clump near ground level. And if it has to be on a track, why even bother trying to make that gigantic fuckheap fly anyways? Not to mention the disasters that could happen if that thing ends up crashing.
What happens if the flying thing has to slow down immediately? Wouldn't it completely lose all lift and drop all the weight of the vehicle onto the rail connection, not only falling out of the sky but also damaging the track significantly?

Well it's held up by propellers, but the same question could be asked for what it loses power? or wind shear blows it out of alignment with the track? Can it go around turns following the contour of the track perfectly? Because if it doesn't, it'll break the tether. Can it move through an urban area without annihilating everything with hurricane force rotor wash?

Dahir Semenov is the owner of Dahir Insaat. He is a Russian engineer, and from glancing over his facebook page, it seems like he is decently successful in fields of constructing buildings. Presumably some of the projects (much more conventional than stuff in these pitches) yielded enough interest for him to get a certain sum of money (a lot of laundering might be involved too).
