I have a fucked up fear of being wrongfully imprisoned and executed. Even though I am Canadian and we don't have a death penalty at the moment.
I used to be afraid that when I lifted up the toilet lid I would find a screaming severed head in the toilet bowl...
I'm terrified of anything (literally anything) but me touching my throat. It just feels so vulnerable, like at any minute someone could slash it and I'd drown in my own blood and fluids.
Plus the fact that the skin around the windpipe is really really thin doesn't help. Like, almost anything vaguely pointy could, with some force, kill me rather easily. It boarders on irrational sometimes.
Spiders of any kind. And if some troll posts any pictures of spiders i will sneak up to their window at night and piss through it.
I cant wrap my head around phobias, I have felt fear but only in rational situations.
things like snakes, spiders, heights, small spaces, darkness, etc. have never really bothered me.
That said I know they are real and know that it is not a sign of weakness or anything; I just cant really imagine being that scared of something unless I knew my life was in actual danger.
Mannequins, you know that feeling when someone is next to you but out of sight? I get that same feeling when I'm standing next to one of those.
Right when I saw the title I immediately though of Tobias.

Mycophobia, fear of mushrooms. It is very horrible :smith:
I've had to scroll through here slowly just in case someone posted some trypophobia pictures
aka holes in skin and whatnot
God I hate that
So bloody much
Trypanophobia
You get near me with a needle and I WILL punch you in the fucking face end of story.
I have a fear of heights. Whenever I look down from a high area, I get very tense for some reason and start to panic.

Who doesnt?
i have a fear of mirrors, especially mirrors in the dark. i always fucking expect some demon to show up in the mirror and fuck my ass or something equally as horrifying.
Bugs, any type of creepy crawly.
Ants
Spiders
Butterflies
Dragonflies
Arachnids
flies (well not entirely, they're just annoying)
I hate them all
My fear of creepy crawlies extends further.
Caterpillars
Daddy long legs
Worms
Maggots
Ticks
Crane flies
Moths
Mosquitoes
As well as various types of sea-creatures that look like bugs.
I also have somewhat of a phobia of swimming in the ocean or in lakes where I can't see the bottom.
Feels fucking scary and I keep imagining huge abominations swimming around below me.

clowns
clowns
I have a clown fetish :3
Cockroaches, every time i try to kill one they always get away and they could be anywhere.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solipsism
Would this count as a phobia?
Seems kinda like a mental disorder to me ._. I hate it... Makes me think I'm the only real person alive.
I've thought this before... I usually come to the conclusion that if indeed only my mind exists, I must be pretty fucking brilliant to have devised the rest of the world. :v:
Anyways, I have trypnophobia (or trypophobia, I can't remember how it's spelled and I refuse to Google it) extremely badly. Whenever I post that, though, some dick always posts a trigger image (honeycombs or something) within the next page or so.

Oh, and mirrors occasionally freak me out. It's definitely not a phobia, but in the middle of the night, I hate looking in mirrors, because I keep feeling like I'm going to see something come up behind me... :ohdear:
Jesus.
I'm serious, I was seriously on the brink of shedding a tear going through pictures on google because I was so frightened. Something about his appearance is fucking terrifying to me and I don't know why.
considering he's usually covered in blood and wearing a crown of thorns I'd say that's a pretty reasonable fear
I've a phobia of underwater machinery. I don't know why , but I just get some feeling i'll be dragged in and fucked up.
I also used to have a fear of taxidermy, like the OP... a museum I frequented as a kid had a room full of mounted animal heads that I hated walking through. That passed a while ago, though. Not sure why.
Oh, and surgery. But that doesn't freak me out any more either. Maybe because I've been heavily desensitized by gory games...
I'm pretty sure that my girlfriend has Emetophobia (fear of vomiting or seeing other vomit). She tell me about how scared she is that she'll throw up all the time. When she starts to feel kind of nauseous, she has to stop everything and focus on her breathing. Sometimes I'll burp or hiccup or something and she'll snap her head up and hold her hand over her heart. It's really weird.
And it sucks for her because it interferes with stuff that she wants to do sometimes. She loves cross-country but people throw up at meets a lot and she has hard time letting go at amusement parks.

I always get scared that whenever I open my trunk in front of someone, there'll be a dead body in there.
Even though it's MY trunk and I always know where I have the bodies. I always keep business organized.
I have a fear of heights. Whenever I look down from a high area, I get very tense for some reason and start to panic.
You're not afraid of falling, per se, you're afraid of the sudden stop at the bottom.
Oddly enough, I only fear that vertigo-feeling you tend to get when you fall - not afraid of spiders, heights, statues, clowns, or gold members
I have Apiphobia (fear of bees, hornets, and wasps), considering I was stung by several of them when I was a kid.
[sp]incoming "OH GOD NOT THE BEES!!!" joke[/sp]
What's sad is that I haven't seen enough of the world to have any real phobias. I don't know If I am scared of heights, or airplanes, or a lot of other things.
LIGHTNING.
I absolutely cannot stand large winged insects, like dragonflies or wasps. The sound of their wings slapping together just makes me fucking panic and run into the nearest building.
Also, not sure if it could be considered a phobia, but, I start feeling VERY uneasy when I'm in a building/room with ultra-bright fluorescent lighting-- but I have the exact opposite feeling for dim or otherwise dark rooms. Something about the low amount of light makes me feel calm, especially when I'm with my friends.

I have a bit of that as well. On the other hand I kind of like it too, it's a rush.
I have issues with cheese graters.
