She looks more poorly planned than deranged. I guess if you wanted to make it look more horror-ish, you could indicate where it is fracture with gashes, snapped bones, bruises, &c. The anatomy is really off because the torso is far too small for the limbs and doesn't really taper or anything.

The frontmost dune line is a tad sharp imo.
But the red clouds own, if not a little strong

I tried playing around with the colour schemes a little, and softened the clouds with brushes. What did you mean by sharp? Should I antialiase the line or do you mean something else?

Moreso at the front, there isn't really enough levelling off beside the very tip of the dune, and it looks like a pretty much vertical drop to the left
Oh, and the blue one looks very nice :)
