Some guy on /co/ made an MSPAnotify program, when theres an update or been an update since you last used the program an image pops up in the corner with a sound, and you can add custom images and sounds. I don't have a download link for it though.

the "macros" folder it comes with are the pictures that pop up when an update is detected. You can put in your own ones and shit
