We know for a fact that Nepeta and Feferi's dreamselves were killed, since we saw them die in [I][S] Wake[/I], but we're just assuming that Tavros's dreamself was also killed when Prospit was detonated, since Karkat said that he saw Tavros prancing around there and asked him to look at the Slayer before they died.
