If you mean the symbol on the door behind you, it's not a logo. It's the holopad hovering in front of it, you need to tap it to make the door slide aside or above so that you can enter. If you mean the logo on your shirt, it means you're a CEC Medic, Class E. You'll get more + badges on your pockets as you level up.

Rose knows what it really is but won't tell John because she fears that it will make him nervous, and Dave will be talking to the Horrorterrors to obtain a starchart / map of the Furthest Ring to give to Rose. Rose will then take the [B]Tumor[/B] through the Furthest Ring and destroy the source of the First Guardians' power with it, making the Sovereign Slayer mortal again and they can defeat him. It's up to John now to extract the [B]Tumor[/B] to start their plan.
