From what I've heard, you're supposed to at least [b]try[/b] to live up to God's commands. It's effort that counts! :buddy:
I believe there is a God, and basically, when He enacts judgment, you're either forgiven or not. No other options.
If god shows irrevocable proof that he exists then I will revoke all my atheist beliefs ad defer to religion on everything. Until then, though, I'm going with the option that makes more sense.
I'm christian, incoming boxes, but I still question whether a "god" exists or not, considering people believe in like 100000000000 gods, you cannot simply prove your god is the real one based on a book that has thousands of different permutations. It seems it comes down to which religion suits you best.

Atheists are confident on their beliefs but so is every other religion, nobody knows exactly what is right. There is nothing wrong with questioning and I don't believe any God punishes you for being curious, within reason. I have christian friends and other religious friends that are so damn confident in what they believe in, it's like they were brainwashed and didn't even choose to be said religion, they were forced at birth to either worship religion, or burn...in hell...forever.
I'd accept my damnation to eternal torment.
