It's not a matter of what they're exposed to. It's a matter of how they're guided through the exposure. Clearly this is a case of complete lack of such.
This. I do have to say, even after watching the videos and determining she asked for it, I do feel a little sorry for her.
It's not a matter of what they're exposed to. It's a matter of how they're guided through the exposure. Clearly this is a case of complete lack of such.
Parents cannot fully dictate a life though, nor watch over it twenty-four/seven. How many times have you been told not to do something, only to do it anyway? Or have been told to stop playing a game at night and to go to bed, only to wait till your parents are asleep, to start playing again? Yes, there should be guidance, but it's impossible to do all the time. What about when the child's at school? How many parents are one in the same, not to mention their methods of parenting alone? Priority influence and outside influence are not the same.
Look she's talking about popping glocks in peoples mouths, dress like a whore and acts even worse. This isn't a matter of not being there 24/7.
This little whore deserves an applause She's 11 and she has a lip piercing? she claims to have 3 boyfriends and she threathend to shoot the haters with a glock? if she doesnt't want haters then she shouldn't be the little whore she is. Ha so here dad is gonna get the police to track down 22,000+ people for commenting. So he thinks the police are gonna track down people across the world just because a little whore cried? oh no not haters :( even though millions of small children die everyday and have never even seen proper food!!! This little whore needs to wake the fuck up
i agree i wish i cold tell the little slut in person that you got it good here try living in a 3rd rate country hell the women in iran are willing to marry foreigners just for there goddamn green card and in iran if someone says something against the government well they will line you up next to the wall and put a bullet in your head plus theres no beer here just non alcoholic malt crap
Look she's talking about popping glocks in peoples mouths, dress like a whore and acts even worse. This isn't a matter of not being there 24/7.
Isn't it though? If the parent was there to guide the child and to show proper social etiquette, wouldn't be a matter of 24/7 parenting? Popping Glocks in people's mouths: Music differential. Dressing like a whore: Fashion differential. Behavior: Parenting differential. You're telling me that this isn't about parents guiding their kids?
No, I'm telling you that "not being there 24/7" isn't the issue. I'm telling you not being there at all is.
No, I'm telling you that "not being there 24/7" isn't the issue. I'm telling you not being there at all is.
So it's the parents issue along with the child's interests? I can agree with that. Though I think the dad cares more than the mom though. That's what it looked like in the video.
You're telling me that this isn't about parents guiding their kids?
This is all about parents guiding their kids. We all know all the shit that exists on the internet, on the playground, and on TV. Parents have a duty to make sure they moderate that to an extent and try to stop their daughter from becoming a complete mindless slut. It's not the fault of the media, it's not the fault of the music, it's the fault of those idiotic and irresponsible parents who allow such behavior. While it is much easier to gain acess to questionable material nowadays, children have and always will stumble upon such things. Thankfully, most children grow out of this phase and this isn't just the new generation. Every single generation has had it's share of bad children and children who grow up unmoderated by parents, and this is just yet another example. It's not like it's the whole fucking generation who will grow up and keep such an attitude, it's only the minority. This bitch deserved what she got, I sincerely hope it was a wake up call for her and for her parents. If it wasn't...well, I won't lose any sleep over it.
That was my point exactly.
Frankly, I blame the media and entertainment industry, for the desensitization of today's youth. In the opinion of this Facepuncher, it's all that dame hip-hop gangster music and violent video games.
I can see your point, but not everyone who has played violent video games is completely desensitized, I've played the GTA series since I was 6 and I can't bring myself to kill a random pedestrian in IV. In this case she came on to the internet and pretty much asked for this to happen so the blame should fall at her feet for aggravating people she doesn't know. It's also one thing to be confident about yourself but she took it too far pretty much announcing that she's 'better' than everyone else. Personally I can't stand people that think they're better than everyone else. Tbh serves her right for pissing off 4Chan.
I actually feel sort of bad about her, is this what the internet has been brought to? ruining the life of an 11 year old girl? Absolutely sick. I can't say i've seen exactly what happened, i'm guessing people were posting nasty comments on her youtube which made her dad flip out or something. But still. This is low even for the internet.
I can see your point, but not everyone who has played violent video games is completely desensitized
That was the bit of sarcasm. I've played GTA 2, since I was five I believe, and I'm not shooting people or running them over, etc. Just an illustrative point.
Believe it or not, people on the internet are actually human. The majority of them at least. Children are especially susceptible to vulgar remarks. Ultimately, this will probably result in the kid growing up to be a heartless prick all thanks to the internet.
If a 10year old girl says "Pop a glock in yo' mouth and make a brain slushie" then she already is a heartless prick.
Oh, so the internet managed to ruin another kids life. Amusing. CYBER POH-LEECE. :v:
Oh, so the internet managed to ruin another kids life. Amusing. CYBER POH-LEECE. :v:
Internet influence, plus her attitude, plus YouTube, ruined her life. It's a vicious cycle.
Ok I'm really confused here, I've watched the video of her dad yelling at the camera about 5 times now, but I still have no idea where the phrase "you done goofed" comes from... if it's not in that video, then where is it? A bunch of the other videos have been taken down by youtube as well... is it in one of those?
frankly, i blame the media and entertainment industry, for the desensitization of today's youth. In the opinion of this facepuncher, it's all that damn hip-hop gangster music and violent video games. Partly sarcasm, partly not. Think about an 11 year old girl in today's society, with as much access to the media and entertainment industry now. 24-cable news networks, internet sites such as omg! From yahoo! And the list continues. I'm not surprised she turned out this way. I mean if you look at it from a social behavioral standpoint, it's the new generation paving their own way. I'm sure we, the slightly older generation, have our own morals and beliefs now. So just think of the ones the kids are setting from themselves today. I had internet access when i was young. I was using a kmart bluelight computer, and most of my time was playing nickelodeon flash games, and chatting in aol kid rooms. If you look at what we expose youth to today, it's such a wide spectrum. Now don't get me wrong, i'm not condoning what she's doing. Frankly, i thought what she did was unacceptable and uncalled for, so she probably should have expected this. Maybe now she'll take something valuable away from this.
tl;dr?
I just want to sit her down and give her a Bob Saget talk, that'll straighten her out
I'd feel bad if she wasn't being a cunt in her first video.
this thread is full of sad fucks who decided to take out their personal insecurities on some random 11 year old girl i hope none of you have children you fucks
shut up, it's her fault and her parents fault for even uploading the video in the first place and taking it so seriously. she fucking asked for it.
Ok I'm really confused here, I've watched the video of her dad yelling at the camera about 5 times now, but I still have no idea where the phrase "you done goofed" comes from... if it's not in that video, then where is it? Please don't perma me for posting that because others have, but Christ, it's always Floridian. I like this state, but these people.... Fuck. I could swear I've seen this girl before. For all I know I have. This is just ridiculous. In the eventuality of children, I raise them like it's the 90s or something. No internet, Youtube doesn't exist. It's fucking up this generation, and I'm not buying them a computer OR ESPECIALLY A FUCKING WEBCAM.
I'm blessed to have parents that didn't fuck up this bad. Actually comparing them to most of my friend's parents, they're a little more restrictive but far less harsh and always there, if one of us acted like this brat we would get a long talk but we wouldn't have to skip dinner or eat soap or anything. Surprisingly both of my parents are retired Marines. When does any family member ever say "You dun goofed up" in this video? Could somebody post the time for me please.
Grow up Facepunch.
When does any family member ever say "You dun goofed up" in this video? All he says is "YOU DARN INTERNET PUNKS, YOU DUN GOOFED UP!"
Grow up Facepunch.
:cawg:
Grow up Facepunch.
you haven't seen the first video either, then?

At first, she got what she asked for, but after a while, it did go overboard. also from her tumblr before it was closed "any publicity is good publicity"
Thanks :buddy:
