Facepunch Studios is an indie video game developer based in Walsall, England.
That just doesn't sound right.
Pretty neat But will you actually check it or will it just be a way to keep people from bothering you? :P
Put it in the header links bar.
Rather useless. As others said, make a subforum. Or at least a link to this at the top of Facepunch.
Don't worry, you post plenty enough crap here.
yep.
Nice, can't quite see the advantage you're getting from this, but we'll see. Is that the first move to your company thingy? I mean after creating the company?
It's good for when it's down, yay.
Gooey poeey Tis is awesome! A good solution! Though having it on the forums might be better, but I'm not complaining. Or maybe I am
Interesting. Hopefully this brings the kewl features.
Posting in a Garry Thread. Praying for him to quote and / or reply to me. DO IT GARRY DO IT I'm a loyal '06 lurker.
Alrighty, I'll sign up. Dunno why we need this, but you're the boss, boss.
Upload a logo for the Garry's Mod and forums products.
FYI this was more for GMod than the forums, but the forums are there too.
FYI this was more for GMod than the forums, but the forums are there too.
It's a neat idea and all, but hey
Unofficial Customer Support Community for facepunch
Why? Just why? The forum is the Official Customer Support Community for gmod and so far for all other facepunch stuff. Why did you feel the need to create this? It just forces people to register on another website to ask questions, make suggestions. A quick glance at the support forum HERE shows that people barely get any answers on the official one, why this stuff? Ok, it shows how many more people are having the same problem, but to be honest, this is just exactly the same thing as when people are posting in a thread.
This is your space, and it's dedicated to open conversation between customers and employees. It isn't meant to be a collection of generic responses, but rather a dynamic place where people form an authentic customer community that collaborates to share great ideas, solve problems, and answer questions that will help everyone.
That could be applied to the forums 1:1. I hope I can make clear what I want to say, it's kind of diffcult.

Awesome :D This is going to be useful.
Should work, but only when there are alot of the same suggestion or they find a way to get it out. I can see good ideas getting buried under old ones that Garry knows about.
There won't be a lot of the same suggestions. If you like a suggestion you press VOTE to vote it. If you just make another suggestion it's counter productive and you're only fucking yourself because the votes will be spread among the different topics instead of all in one strong one.

Ok, that's a pretty good reason. I just don't like the need to register. Yes, it will get spammed and everything if you don't force people to reg. That's not my point. I just don't like to register. Anywhere.
Oh yeah, if you're doing something make sure to put it on the right PRODUCT!
about that, why are users "customers"? and the mods "employees"?
probably get a ban for what i posted :3
"Unofficial Customer Support Community for facepunch" Isn't it official, being as you made Facepunch?
"Unofficial Customer Support Community for facepunch" Isn't it official, being as you made Facepunch?
Yeah.. how exactly is it unofficial garry lol? And if its unofficial, does that mean the opinions there don't actually matter towards Facepunch and this just a scheme to stop us from complaining on forums? if so, good plan.
http://getsatisfaction.com/facepunch/topics/the_roleplay_subforum_isnt_locked_yet fuckin rights this site owns
