The outcome looks really good but I would increase the range of the light coming from his fiery eyes so it falls around his face a bit more and I would try smoothening out your linework a bit.

I don't know where you could improve mainly anax because it looks superb. But if you were too lose the black lines then that may improve it.
I thought I'd bump up this one from the depths of locked-threads to remind people that there is still time to join, and that you have ~14 hours left to send in stuff.
I'll think hard and long after that on who deserves the win (there are a lot of people who do), and decide a theme and colour-scheme for the next challenge.
I'm amazed at the cleverness of some people, I admit that the colours I used were probably not the best fitted for the theme (anger) since they are rather cold colours but you guys managed to pull it off nonetheless, maybe even better than if I had gone with some more warmer colours.
I wish that I'd have done mine but I'm just too damn lazy and I never finished it :(

After much careful thought I have come to the conclusion that the following person and picture is worthy of winning...

The picture brings both artistic talent combined with creativity, orcs are usually represented as evil, angry creatures and even though there isn't a hint of angriness in the facial features you can still sense how the anger is boiling inside, waiting to be released.
It was a close call between Bftony, nightwing and Anax with Bftony doing something that really is anger (the hulk is pretty much anger in person). I did however not choose Bftony because I felt he is more capable and it feels like the picture is still not yet finished.
I was thinking about making nightwing the winner because there really is anger flowing through the carrot (all of it coming through the priceless expression) and because it's a really innovative way of using the colours given. There is however very little going on besides the facial expression in the picture and the colouring is a little sloppy, and I think nightwing is capable of making it better.
I'm now going to say something short about all the other entries because I feel it would be selling you guys short not to give praise to everyone else.
WastedJamacan looked really intriguing, it looks like there were going to be a lot of stuff going on in the picture and it's a shame other things popped up, but such is life and I hope everything sorted itself out.
I'm slightly confused by technologics painting, it shows promise however and I know technologic is a good artist so I have full confidence it would be an amazing piece of art if it were finished.
Anthophobian brings something new to the table and I can fully understand why he chose the rubiks cube for this theme, it would however have been so much more fitting if it wasn't completed in the picture to convey the anger one can feel while trying to complete a rubiks cube.
It's a nice change to see Ohforf doing humans and you really show that you are much capable of drawing expressions, you can really see the anger in his face and you can also see how anger is poisoning his mind.
I'm not sure if it's a finished piece however, because there is a lot of negative space in that picture and I think with some polishing it could be a really good piece of art.
Hashmeres picture also appears to be half-done, it's a shame because there is plenty of action going on and the use of colours is really interesting and innovative. There is a lot of detail into it while still being rather spartan.
The Advisor is going to the core with this and is doing rather abstract art, choosing to draw anger like many people describe it (a flame). It's an interesting choice and I'm going to be honest and say that it were a hard choice to not put it in the top three.

Uagh, the yellow part of the pallet has 3 shades that blend together too much and has too little difference in contrast and then the last two shades dramatically drops in contrast.
Mind if I change it a bit so it's a bit better?

Yellow is a colour that is actually pretty hard to get some decent contrast from, I think your screen is too bright however because I can make out the difference between the different shades without too much hassle.
Regarding your picture ; I think the contrast works with a little muddier yellow, looks rawer.
