I can't see why you shouldn't be allowed to do that, you've shown in your interactive that it looks like something that can be done in MS Paint and I know a few people around here use photoshop or even GIMP and nobody puts any hate on them.

Use the canvas, it's 640x480.

I use Flash MX (not 2004) so this might be different, but here's how I do it (see AoFS for an example):
To draw without antialias, all you have to do it go to View > Fast
To export without antialias, untick "Smooth" upon export. I use GIF format for all of my images animated and not animated, because it's quicker to export and keeps them generally organized.

Yeah, but they are way too much work. Little People 3 took three weeks [b]THREE FUCKING WEEKS FOR 30 SECONDS[/b] so i have pretty much lost my interest in it.

You know what, the interest seems to have been vaning so much that I'll just close down this thread. One finished work, one WIP and one pic that is way, way too large.
It was a lot of fun and I hope people have enjoyed it, some awesome work have been posted and I'm almost certain that those who have been involved have learned something valuable about painting :)
